★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz 3 maligem Ersuchens (innerhalb von 4 Wochen) , mich zurückzurufen (wegen Fehlermeldung im Display und kaputtem Sensor) , hat es Hr. Mannersdorfer nicht der Mühe wert gefunden, zurückzurufen !!!! Hr. Mannersdorfer hat mir im Jahre 2016 die OASIS 80 verbaut, obwohl schon ab dem Jahre 2013 !!!!! das Nachfolgemodell produziert wurde. Jetzt - im Jahre 2020 gibt es für meine Anlage keine Ersatzteile mehr (2 Sensoren sind kaputt). Außerdem hat er die Bewegungsmelder völlig falsch montiert (sowohl in der Höhe als auch das Gerät selber). Und als kleine Anmerkung: seine Freundlichkeit ist noch ausbaufähig.
Despite 3 requests (within 4 weeks) to call me back (due to an error message in the display and a broken sensor), Mr. Mannersdorfer found it not worth the effort to call back !!!! Mr. Mannersdorfer installed the OASIS 80 for me in 2016, although from 2013 !!!!! the successor model was produced. Now - in 2020 there are no more spare parts for my system (2 sensors are broken). He also installed the motion detectors completely incorrectly (both in terms of height and the device itself). And as a small note: his friendliness can still be improved.
