★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment for a Hamam on a Monday, and shortly called 10 minutes later to move the appointment to the day before. There was a different lady who was on the phone and said this was possible and they expected to see me. When I arrived on Sunday at the amended time there was no record of my appointment and they still only had me marked for Monday. When I explained that I called to make a revision the best they could offer was a shorter timed Hamam (half the time of the original booking) for a slightly reduced price (€40 less) or postponed by a week. I think it’s quite unprofessional of an establishment, especially for a spa in Wien, when they charge the prices they do and only have one telephonic assistant who is multilingual and has access to the booking calendar. Clients are just as busy as spa staff and it takes a lot of energy and timetabling to find the right time for self-care.

I love the outstanding interior design and the atmosphere, needles say the building is More than 900 years
I recommend Aisawan to everybody who is seeking for relaxation on a higher level.
The staff are friendly and warm providing outstanding service
You should always make an appointment for Aisawan as it is booked out quickly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a 60min massage as a birthday gift from my husband. The massage itself was ok, but this place is gorgeous! I enjoyed the champagne and a mini muffin after the treatment. One thing to note is that this place is in the basement and has no mobile signal inside. No WiFi either. It’s great to hide away and relax!

This Spa is located underneath the city in an older structure dating hundreds of years past. The lighting, decor, and treatment selection is top notch! The professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff are there to customize your experience. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, another world experience. Complete calm and relaxing experience. Starting with the reception, there was nothing but calm, helpful and relaxing service. The masseuse was also extraordinary. I had the Thai Aromatherapie Massage. Worth every penny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited for a birthday massage and what we received was excellent service, an amazing massage and a highlight to the birthday celebration. The spa was beautifully decorated and incredibly serene and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. The masseurs were very skilled.
To top it all off, we were even given complimentary fizz and cake after the massage to celebrate the birthday.
And incredible experience.
