Aha...
At the end of November 2019, I redeemed a voucher worth 150 euros for spa treatments. I was accompanied by two friends with whom I wanted to have an extensive breakfast there. Breakfast costs around 40 euros per person. When asked what champagne there was, the answer was "a white". Aha ... You immediately notice the competence. I do not want to go into the eternal waiting time and that only after the second or third attempt was really all that was advertised. My girlfriend is still waiting for an ordered coffee ...
The spa treatment itself (massage and pedicure) was good. I find it strange that for the already overpriced application of foot care, the painting of the toenails was calculated at 15 euros. By the way, I didn't get the paint ...
Between treatments, I was asked if I would like to have a drink. I chose a tea. At the end of the visit, the tea was billed to me. I have never experienced anything like it! If I spend 150 euros for two treatments, should I also pay for the tea (5 euros)!?! Even at a drugstore chain or at any hairdresser, the drink is understood as a free service.
I would also like to mention that the changing room is a single misconstruction. If I want to hang up my coat in winter, I expect small boxes, not like those in the swimming pool. It is best to grab towels right at the beginning, as they have not been refilled once in the eight hours (or they were immediately out of stock). The lounge area next to the whirlpool also needs to be redesigned, because it is too cold and does not offer privacy.
My conclusion: this is not a day spa of a 5-star hotel. Neither my friends nor I will ever be a guest there again, we definitely cannot recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m afraid they are not up to the needs of a five star hotel. Despite my Shellac reservation, they did not have any Shellac remover and so could not do a Shellac manicure. They claimed this was because they botched my reservation, made several days in advance, which I discussed with them by phone earlier that day.
When I complained that this left me with no recourse to go somewhere else due to the time and day, they asked if I wanted a facial instead.
I got hotel management involved so they finally tried to find me an alternate location. After eating up an hour of my day, they sent me to a distant nail salon that did not have Shellac polish, did not know how to remove Shellac, and had visible hygiene issues.
This spa wasted two hours of my time and left me annoyed. While I was enduring my protracted disappointment, another pair of guests walked out early while complaining and refusing to pay, claiming they were ignored and left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time.
I left two stars rather than one because the staff were sweet: they are just in dire need of better management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is great, very polite and professional, but the spa is just bad. There are 2 small and bad turkish saunas, 2 nice jacuzzis, and one finish sauna which isn't even in the same place. Resting area is too warm, couches extremely uncomfortable by shape, just warm water to drink. The view is really nice, also the modern style is nice.
It is obvious that the spa wasn't designed by someone who knows what a good spa is.
