Sure, there is a lot of luxury, but on two occasions my shower drain was blocked leaving me standing in filthy water. So much for all the music and marble... Edit: changed the rating after we were allowed to use the sauna after we were checked out, very very friendly!

Food and service is great, however, we experience big problem in the kids playground (which is otherwise very pretty and well equipped) There were unattended older boys on trampoline, pushing our small kids away. When I came up to them, politely asking if our kids can use one trampoline and boys (approx 10-12 yr old) they became very rude, telling me to shut up. I requested their parents, they did not wanted to call them. When my husband and male friend came up, I was arguing with the boy. At this point he pulled up pocket knife!! the whole time the knife was laying on the trampoline where other small kids were playing (it was folded) boy harassed my family with (unfolded) knife. Several times I asked him to put it away and outside of trampoline. When we reported this to the Resort staff, they were very idle and passive to solve this situation. We were very disappointed with their reaction and non action.

I	Irma Kiffen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful luxory 5 star resort in the Austrian Alps for hotel guests or campers. Excellent for peace seekers and nature lovers. Bikers, walkers and families. Sauna, swimmingpool, camping butler, children's activities, massage and culinary wining and dining. Loved it! We would recommend it to all in the higher budget section who love to reload their energy or are active in nature sports!

Service is of high standards; what you would expect of a 5 star hotel (though they are 4* superior). Our waiter, Stan, did make us feel as if we were at home. This was very much appreciated! The friendliness of the staff as well as all other factors mentioned above, let us decide to come back!
