Accessible with AV key. In the summer months and on weekends in the season there is someone at the hut who also sells drinks.

Extremely unfriendly. We have never seen it at the Kaiser. Probably only members of the Alpine Club are treated nicely. The view and the area but simply stunning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Hütte im Kaisergebirge mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Gipfel und ins Tal. Der Aufstieg durch den Wald ist nicht allzu schwer und die Landschaft wunderschön. Auch der Service ist super und es gibt für Alpenvereinsmitglieder auch eine schöne Möglichkeit zur Übernachtung.
Very nice hut in the Kaiser Mountains with a wonderful view of the peaks and the valley. The ascent through the forest is not too difficult and the landscape is beautiful. The service is also great and there is also a nice opportunity to stay overnight for members of the Alpine Club.
