Ich habe NSM bei meiner letzten Anstellung bei einem Betrieb mit über 150 Angestellten kennengelernt, für die sie die ganze IT gemanaged haben. Seit ich selbstständig bin verwaltet NSM meine EDV. Alle meien Computer und meine Server laufen perfekt, meine VOIP Telefonie und die Email- und Dokumentenarchivierung auch. Da ich viel mit deutschen Firmen zu tun habe ist meine EDV auch so sicher, dass meine deutschen Partner zufriedengestellt werden konnte. Was mir besonders bei NSM gefällt ist, dass sie mir nicht irgendwelchen Blödsinn andrehen wollen, sondern immer schauen, dass ich perfekt aufgestellt bin und sie immer eine nachhaltige (sprich langfristig günstige) Lösung finden. Auch dass man für komplexere Probleme immer direkt von den Chefs beraten wird ist mir sehr wichtig. Ich kenne noch eine Firma (mit ca 30 Angestellten), die von ihnen betreut wird und die sind auch sehr zufrieden. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen und der Kaffee, den man bei ihnen bekommt, ist auch gut. Was will man mehr. Super Service! Always with vision and good management in the long term cheap. I got to know NSM during my last employment at a company with more than 150 employees, for whom they managed the whole IT. Since I am self-employed, NSM manages my EDP. All my computer and my server are running perfectly, my VOIP telephony and the email and document archiving too. Since I have a lot to do with German companies, my EDP is so sure that my German partners could be satisfied. What I particularly like about NSM is that they do not want to screw me up with any nonsense, but always make sure that I am perfectly positioned and that they always find a sustainable (that is long term favorable) solution. Also that one is always advised directly for more complex problems by the bosses is very important to me. I know another company (with about 30 employees), which is looked after by them and they are also very satisfied. I highly recommend them and the coffee you get from them is good too. What more do you want.
