★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein PC ist wie neu. Es funktioniert echt spitze. Ich kann nur Herrn Wolfgang Franz Heim weiterempfehlen. Er kennst sich echt gut was mit PCs. War bei anderen vorher, aber nur enteuscht, Crash Computer ist #1. Roberto aus Hallein.
 My pc is like new. It works really great. I can only recommend Mr. Wolfgang Franz Heim. He's really good at PCs. Was with others before, but just disappointed, Crash Computer is # 1. Roberto from Hallein.

Ich hatte das Problem, dass er nicht mehtr hochgestartet ist.
Ich habe die Firma CrashComputer über einen Freund empfohlen bekommen.
Herr Heim hat sich meines Problems angenommen und 2 Tage später hatte ich einen Kostenvoranschlag per Telefon bekommen mit ausführlicher Fehlerbeschreibung bzw Fehlerbehebung.
Der Preis schien mir für die Reparatur meines geliebten Notebooks fair.
Weitere 2 Tage später hatte ich mein Gerät wieder ...tadellos funktionierend und wie mir vorgekommen ist schneller startend als vorher.
Danke Herr Heim für ihre grosse Hilfe!

I had the problem that it didn't start up anymore.
I was recommended the company CrashComputer through a friend.
Mr. Heim took care of my problem and 2 days later I received a cost estimate by phone with a detailed description of the error and / or troubleshooting.
The price seemed fair to me for the repair of my beloved notebook.
Another 2 days later I had my device back ... working perfectly and it seemed to me that it started faster than before.
Thank you Mr. Heim for your great help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nett und freundlich. Hatte vergessen meine Rechnung ins UPS Packet beizulegen und Herr Heim hat das dann per Mail von mir ausgedruckt (verbessert) und ins Packet gepackt. Super Service !
Very nice and friendly. I forgot to include my invoice in the UPS package and Mr Heim then printed it out from me by email (improved it) and put it in the package. Super Service !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Herr Heim ist äußerst zuvorkommend! Nach einem Umzug wurde ein Paket an meine alte Adresse in Salzburg geliefert und bei Crash Computer abgegeben. Nach einer E-Mail und einem freundlichen Telefonat wurde mir das Paket von Herr Heim an meine neue Adresse gesendet. Absolut top. :)
Mr. Heim is extremely courteous! After moving, a package was delivered to my old address in Salzburg and dropped off at Crash Computer. After an email and a friendly phone call, Mr. Heim sent the package to my new address. Absolutely great. :)
