Der Servicetechniker war Pünktlich wie ausgemacht und hat einen sehr professionellen Eindruck gemacht. Nach 15 Minuten war die Sache erledigt bei mir :D Super nice phone call, got an appointment immediately on the same day. U	Udo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 10.02.2022: Gestern wurde das "klappern" erfolgreich beseitigt und somit ist wieder alles in Ordnung - Bewertung von 1 auf 5 Sterne erhöht - Vielen Dank! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Leider wurde beim Batterietausch (12/2021) ein Stück meiner Batterieabdeckung abgebrochen, dafür bekam ich zwar 10 Euro Rabatt auf die Batterien mit der Aussage, es hat keine Auswirkung. Am nächsten Tag, bei einer Autobahnfahrt, merkte ich dass es doch Auswirkung hatte in Form von "scheppernden Geräusch (aufgrund des Fahrtwindes vermutlich). Weder eine E-Mail noch eine Whatsapp-nachricht wurde bis heute beantwortet, denn die Abdeckung kostet weit mehr als 10 Euro. Daher möchte ich nicht die Batterie, noch die Arbeit kritisieren, aber Kundenservice nach getauschter Batterie endet einfach! Update 02/10/2022: Yesterday the "rattling" was successfully eliminated and everything is fine again - rating increased from 1 to 5 stars - thank you very much! -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------------------ Unfortunately, when I replaced the battery (12/2021), a piece of my battery cover broke off, but I got a 10 euro discount on the batteries with the statement that it had no effect. The next day, while driving on the freeway, I noticed that it had an effect in the form of a "rattling noise (probably due to the wind). Neither an email nor a Whatsapp message has been answered to this day, because the cover costs far more than 10 Euro. So I don't want to criticize the battery, nor the work, but customer service after replacing the battery just ends!

Sowohl der Chef als auch sein Sohn waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Die Batterie war innerhalb weniger Minuten gewechselt und mein Audi war wieder fahrbereit. Top Service und absolute Empfehlung von mir! I had my battery replaced last week and not only the price was convincing compared to the neighbors. Both the boss and his son were very competent and friendly. The battery was changed within a few minutes and my Audi was ready to drive again. Top service and absolute recommendation from me!

Ich musste nichts machen, nur Motorhaube auf und die Batterie war sofort getauscht. Kann ich mit vollster Überzeugung weiterempfehlen. Very friendly and competent employees. I think it's very good that two parking spaces are reserved for customers in front of the door. I didn't have to do anything, just open the hood and the battery was replaced immediately. I can recommend it with the utmost conviction.

Hier arbeiten (ich glaube) Vater und Sohn und die zwei versprühen soviel positive Energie, damit können sie wohl auch die Batterien aufladen, die sie verkaufen. Egal mit welchem Batteriewunsch ich komme, ich werde bestens beraten und der Preis ist top. Vielen Dank!!! There are actually still shops where you feel comfortable in your mother's lap. Father and son work here (I think) and the two of them exude so much positive energy that they can probably use it to recharge the batteries that they sell. Regardless of which battery I want, I get the best advice and the price is great. Many Thanks!!!
F	Flo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super toller und netter Service! Kurz angerufen, Fahrzeugdaten durchgegeben und gleich 2 passende Batterien unterschiedlicher Preisklassen vorgeschlagen bekommen. Die teurere Batterie war um 250€ billiger als in der Vertragswerkstatt!!! Ich konnte gleich vorbeikommen. Das ganze hat 5 Minuten gedauert und ich konnte die alte Batterie dort lassen. Solche Betriebe wünscht man sich! Klare Empfehlung! Super great and nice service! A quick phone call, vehicle data passed on and 2 suitable batteries in different price ranges were suggested. The more expensive battery was €250 cheaper than in the authorized workshop!!! I could come right over. The whole thing took 5 minutes and I was able to leave the old battery there. One wishes for such companies! Clear recommendation!
