B	Bine Sa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prinzipiell höflich und "versucht hilfsbereit". Ich wollte eine detaillierte Auskunft über meinen Tarif, sprich wie viel zahle ich alle Netze. Mit der Bitte um einen schriftlichen Auszug würde ich an die Zentrale verwiesen. Ich frage mich wofür es den Shop gibt wenn ich mich dann erst Recht wieder wo anders hinwenden muss. Generally polite and "tries to help". I wanted detailed information about my tariff, i.e. how much I pay for all networks. I would be referred to headquarters with a request for a written extract. I wonder what the shop is for when I have to go somewhere else again.

D	Dénes Panta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and asked for a prepaid SIM card that has at least 10GB Data for internet. The guy told me that I can buy one like that for 10 EUR. Once I bought it he told me that "he only activated 4GB of it", which was bit weird. At home I found out that it only had 4GB data by default, and I could have bought one with 15GB data for 15EUR.

I don't speak German so she was very kind to resolve my issue, while we were talking in English. You can't say about her that she's the best. She is one of a kind!! Thank you Melody!
