r	r r on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inkompetenz hoch 10. Warte nun schon 2 Monate auf eine A1 Kreditkarte, war schon 5 mal im Shop und habe mich beschwert. Mittlerweile bin ich an einem Punkt wo ich einfach keine Nerven mehr habe dort hinzugehen, und mir eine Alternative suchen muss. Keine Ahnung was mit den Daten die ich angeben musste passiert ist, vielleicht verdienen sie an meinen Daten mehr als an mir. Ich kann nur sagen Inkompetenz lässt grüßen. Incompetence to the power of 10. I have been waiting for an A1 credit card for 2 months, have been to the shop 5 times and have complained. Meanwhile I am at a point where I just don't have the nerve to go there anymore and have to look for an alternative. I have no idea what happened to the data I had to provide, maybe they earn more from my data than from me. All I can say is incompetence.

Fakt ist dass mir beim ersten Besuch erklärt wurde dass alles erledigt sei, was nicht der Fall war. Beim zweiten besuch wurde ich extrem unhöflich behandelt. Mir wurde gesagt ich soll die Hotline anrufen. Diese Arroganz und dieser Unwille zu helfen war wirklich abartig. I have never seen such rude and incompetent staff. I'm not going to put the whole story on the record now. The fact is that on the first visit I was told that everything was done, which was not the case. On the second visit, I was treated extremely rude. I was told to call the hotline. This arrogance and unwillingness to help was really weird.

I was told by the technician that any issues I had I should speak with the shop. After the 2 month wait before it was functioning properly I went to the shop to get a proper explanation of why it had taken so long, leaving my rental apartments without WIFI for July and August. I was told by the shop assistant that this was nothing to do with him and that must call the hotline if I had complaint as there is nothing that he can do to help. When I asked to speak to manager, the manager Oliver came out from the back room. The first thing he did was laugh in my face when he came to deal with my complaint, this was highly insulting. When I asked for his name and said that I would be making an official complaint, about the way he had dealt with the situation, he decided that he could actually help and offered me a reduced price for my next bill.
