So etwas unfreundliches hab ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt! Die Herrschaften am Telefon sollten sich um mehr Hilfsbereitschaft bemühen oder einen anderen Job (bitte ohne Kundenkontakt) suchen!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein Kundenservice, extrem unfreundlich. Auf Nachfrage wurde aufgelegt. Grenzt schon an Betrug, wenn man die Kosten und die Wichtigkeit dieses 'Service' in Betracht zieht.
No customer service, extremely rude. It was hung up on request. It borders on fraud when you consider the cost and importance of this 'service'.
