Aber nachdem ich mich über die unfreundliche Telefonistin so geärgert habe, die mich nicht einmal ausreden ließ und scheinbar auch meine Bitte nach Rückruf durch Fr. Bonatotzky ignoriert hat, kaufe ich über Amazon ein. Schade, damit torpediert diese unfreundliche Person die service- und kundenorientierte Arbeit von Fr. B. Und weiters traurig, dass Amazon die Früchte erntet.
Excellent advice from Fr Bonatotzky, we bought a few sprinklers and wanted to gradually replace the existing Gardena system with Hunter. But after I was so annoyed by the unfriendly operator, who didn't even let me finish, and apparently also ignored my request for a call back from Mrs. Bonatotzky, I buy from Amazon. Too bad that this unfriendly person torpedoed the service and customer-oriented work of Fr. B. And further sad that Amazon is reaping the rewards.
