Seit 10:45 versuche ich einen Mitarbeiter der Firma vor Ort zu bekommen, damit der Gehsteig u. die Einfahrt geräumt werden. Man wird immer nur an ein Callcenter weitergeleitet. Nach insgesamt 5 Anrufen bis 17:00 Uhr auch kein Rückruf vom Chef. Bis 17.00 Uhr nach wie vor nicht geräumt!!!! Unfassbar!!!!! Mittlerweile geht das Einfahrtstor auch nicht mehr auf u man kann nicht mehr mit dem Auto in die Garage einfahren!!! Ich frage mich, wofür wir eigentlich bezahlt haben? Diese Firma ist das letzte! The worst snow removal company ever !!! Since 10:45 I have been trying to get an employee of the company on site so that the sidewalk and the driveway are cleared. You will only ever be forwarded to one call center. After a total of 5 calls until 5:00 p.m. no callback from the boss. Until 5 p.m. still not cleared !!!! Incomprehensible!!!!! In the meantime the entrance gate doesn't open any more and you can no longer drive your car into the garage !!! I wonder what we actually paid for? This company is the last!
