Very competent. Even clean the door rails on the elevators with a brush. Never seen it like this with cleaning companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firma Juergen Schmidt G.m.b.H., was hired to perform cleaning services of the common residential premises at TriennaLiving located at Fred-Zinnemann-Platz 4, 1030. The cleaning services take place ONCE a week - sometimes Wednesdays, other times Tuesdays - are sub-par, no vacuuming is ever done, only mopping. There is no bucket used by the cleaning person to wash the mop! In front of my door, the individual leaves the floor mat upside down, propped against the wall and not in its place and with debris on it with the intention of aggravating me. This, because I dared to criticize one of the individuals for never vacuuming and mopping very superficially, not washing the mop and dragging the dirt from one place to another. Today it happened again! The floor mat was upside down, with debris on it and out of its place. And it's not just in the hallway but also at the entrance to the building and the elevator. Next time I won't just write a deserved bad review - I'd give this company zero stars if I could - but will make sure this unacceptable behavior gets reported to the appropriate supervising agency, health department and the media.
