Bau GmbH ist definitiv die richtige Baufirma wenn es um Innen- und Aussensanierungen geht! Wir hatten kürzlich ein komplettes Wohnprojekt erfolgreich beendet, wo wirklich alles von der Firma A.S. Bau als Generalunternehmer die Arbeiten ausgeführt worden sind, über Fassade, Pflastersteine im Garten, Trockenbau bis Boden und Fliesen enthalten war. A.S. Bau hat mit Professionalität und Termineinhaltung mehr als nur brilliert. Die Arbeiten wurden höchst professionell und zügig durchgeführt, man merkt einfach die jahrelange Erfahrung die A.S. Bau mitbringt. Wünsche wurden unkompliziert berücksichtigt, und es war auch kein Problem als wir uns nach erfolgter Verlegung der Pflastersteine im Vorgarten entschieden haben, doch andere Pflastersteine zu verwenden. Ohne zu zögern wurden die alten (neu verlegten) Pflastersteine beseitigt und neue Pflastersteine verlegt. Das nenne ich eingehen auf Kundenwünsche und Flexibilität. Gerade so ein großes Projekt braucht flexible Umsetzung, da sich Ideen erst während der Bauphase entwickeln. A.S. Bau ist ein Garant dafür, dass dies möglich ist, und bringt auch ihre Ideen immer wieder ein. Und berücksichtigt natürlich alle Details auf einer Baustelle um spätere Überraschungen zu vermeiden. Richtige Wahl der Baumaterialien, Isolierungen für Nassräume, Aussendämmung und vieles mehr. Wir können beruhigt in unser neues Zuhause einziehen und werden das nächste Projekt sicher wieder an dieses absolute Profiteam von A.S . Bau vergeben! Danke an das ganze Team für eure tolle Arbeit!!! Arbeiten: Innenausbau ( Wände, Decken, Böden, Estrich, usw). Aussenarbeiten: Neues Dach, Fassade, Zubau am bestehendes Haus, Aussenanlage komplett (Gartenmauer Fundament, Unterbau für versichidene Böden Terasse, Einfahrt, Carport, Pflastersteine, Sickerschacht) und vieles mehr. We recently successfully completed a complete residential project, where everything from A.S. Construction as a general contractor the work has been carried out on the facade, paving stones in the garden, drywall until the floor and tiles were included. A.S. Bau did more than just shine with professionalism and adherence to deadlines. The work was carried out very professionally and quickly, you can just tell the years of experience that A.S. Bau brings. Requests were taken into account in an uncomplicated manner, and it was not a problem when we decided to use other paving stones after laying the paving stones in the front garden. Without hesitation, the old (newly laid) paving stones were removed and new paving stones laid. That's what I call responding to customer requests and flexibility. Such a large project in particular needs flexible implementation, as ideas only develop during the construction phase. A.S. Die Bauzeit ist wie im Fluge vergangen und war durch die hervorragende Bauleitung sehr entspannt. Sehr flotte und gut geleistete Arbeit. Auch die Unterstützung bei der Auswahl der Materialien u.
