★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah, A&O mostly at its best. staff super cool, road little noisy.a little more green recreational space wouldn't hurt, better learn from A&O Berlin Ost or similar. In terms of furniture etc: not quite as new as A&O at Hauptbahnhof.

The kitchen has no window and you have to take a key every time you want to use it

And I went to reception
They told me they can not check the CCTV until police come
And the man who steals my cams even not in the hotel system and he can enter our room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, i recommend choosing it if you need a cheap accommodation with good location. The stuff was kind, rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. The only inconvenience was no access to the kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't fulfill my expectations, based on their presentation on Booking. Looked like a neat, professional hotel, but the staff at reception was very unprofessional, not being able to handle few guests. The walls and doors amd very thin, everything can be heard. That's not the biggest problem tho, because despite the location being amazing, 7 min walk from public transport, the road right in front of the hotel makes awful noise through day and night. Difficult to sleep even with closee window.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice and clean place to stay. There is a Turkish shop nearby (a minute walk) to buy halal food. Shifali was at the reception and she was very helpful to help us with re-booking another room on short notice. We also asked her for recommendations for good Indian food around. She was too generous to give us her time and suggestions. Many thanks!
