Als blutige Anfänger angekommen und mit einer tollen Basis im Skisport nach Hause. Professional advice, up-to-date equipment and a large selection of ski equipment. The supervision by the ski instructors is professional and really fun because everyone is really warm and in a good mood. The first address for us. Thanks to the team. Arrived as a bloody beginner and back home with a great base in skiing.

Tourenski und Ausrüstung war ausgezeichnetes Material - außer die Skischuhe. Die wirkten schon sehr verbraucht und waren von der Polsterung schon deutlich abgenutzt mit Faltenschlag, was bei längeren Skitouren unangenehm war. Sowas sollte vorher gecheckt sein. Trotzdem gerne wieder. Very flexible and friendly. Always reachable by phone and pick up the rental ski and return was very pleasant. Ski touring and equipment was excellent material - except the ski boots. The seemed already very worn and were already worn by the padding clearly with wrinkles, which was unpleasant on longer ski tours. Something should be checked before. Nevertheless, gladly again.

C	Christoph Koch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten E-Bikes für mich und meinen Sohn ausgeliehen. Eigentlich tolle Bikes, aber nach 30 km riss bei meinem Sohn ( 9 Jahre, 35 kg !!!) die Kette. Kann passieren, war aber sicherlich nicht durch uns verschuldet sondern eher auf mangelhafte Wartung zurück zu führen. Anstelle einer Entschädigung für das techn. Versagen oder zumindest einer Entschuldigung mussten wir uns dafür rechtfertigen, dass wir das Bike im Tal abgesperrt stehen lassen mussten, weil mein Sohn das Bike leider keine 5 km und 400 Höhenmeter zurückschieben konnte. Geht gar nicht! We had borrowed e-bikes for me and my son. Actually great bikes, but after 30 km my son (9 years, 35 kg !!!) broke the chain. Can happen, but was certainly not our fault, but rather due to poor maintenance. Instead of compensation for the techn. Failure or at least an apology, we had to justify that we had to leave the bike locked up in the valley, because my son unfortunately couldn't push the bike back 5 km and 400 meters in altitude. Not at all!

Apparently client safety is not an issue at this place. Never again. Intersport kindly helped out for free, rent there!
