★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at the hotel a couple of times now on business and always had a good stay. Traditional Austrian food on the menu with a selection of vegan and veggie options - which appears to be a rare find over here!

-smoking in the breakfast area. That's right, in 2017 in Austria there are still hotels where you can smoke inside during meals. Sure, there is a non-smoking hall, but there's no physical barrier preventing smoke from coming to your area
-no fridge in the rooms. For a 4* hotel, it should not be acceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a great Austrian bowling game downstairs. We had a blast playing and I wish we could bowl like that in the US. Their food was fantastic as well. We are able to order off of the full restaurant menu and all seven of us were thrilled with our meals. I highly recommend the soups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is high for the hotel, considering the room is only slightly bigger than the twin sized bed inside it. The concierge service is almost non-existent. The restaurant is over priced for the quality and service. However, the people are very friendly and welcoming. So there's that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place with friendly staff. Focuses on conferences and trainings. Well organised for that kind of events. The hotel tough needs some renovations. The interior is very old fashioned but clean.
