Beim ersten Mal ging es um Sonnen und Insektenschutz. Beim zweiten Mal den Rest von Sonnenschutz des Herstellers Schlotterer.
Eine gute Firma erkennt man daran, wie sie mit Reklamationen umgeht. Beim ersten Auftrag gab es Probleme, die offen und sachlich angesprochen werden konnten. Eine Lösung wurde prompt erarbeitet und ohne weitere Komplikationen zeitnah umgesetzt.
Das Unternehmen wurde ein zweites Mal beauftragt. Dem Hersteller ist hierbei ein Hoppala passiert (zu kurzer Gurt), das jedoch im Zuge der Montage vom Fachpersonal sofort beseitigt wurde. Die Umsetzung war perfekt und professionell ausgeführt.
I have commissioned this company twice.
The first time was about sun and insect protection. The second time the rest of Schlotterer's sun protection.
You can tell a good company by how it deals with complaints. There were problems with the first order that could be addressed openly and objectively. A solution was promptly developed and implemented promptly without any further complications.
The company was commissioned a second time. A hoppala happened to the manufacturer (belt too short), which was immediately removed by the specialist staff during the assembly. The implementation was carried out perfectly and professionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An meinem 20 Jahre alten Rolladen der Marke Schlotterer war ein Kunststoffteil gebrochen. Nur mit einem Handy-Foto vom kaputten Teil ging ich zum Fenster-Zentrum am Rande von Kremsmünster.
Noch in der gleichen Woche konnte ich das Ersatzteil einbauen. Danke
A plastic part was broken on my 20-year-old Schlotterer roller shutter. Only with a cell phone photo of the broken part, I went to the window center on the outskirts of Kremsmünster.
I was able to install the spare part in the same week. Thank you
