Coronabedingt wurden die Anfrage, Vorgespräche, technische Rückfragen und bis hin zum Verkauf, alles telefonisch abgewickelt, auch diese waren stehts sehr ausführlich und freundlich, der Firmeninhaber hat sich Zeit genommen und alles perfekt erklärt. Abgerundet wurde das Angebot noch von gut verständlichen Unterlagen und nicht zuletzt auch von attraktiven Preisen. Die Kollektoren sind TOP verarbeitet. Die gesamte Abwicklung von der Anfrage bis zur Lieferung und weit darüber hinaus - lief alles genauso, wie ich mir das als Kunde gewünscht hatte. Der Liefertermin wurde (trotz Corona) perfekt eingehalten. Die Verpackung, Transportsicherung und der Transport an sich, alles war bestens organisiert und auch ausgeführt. Selbst Monate nach der Lieferung und Bezahlung, ist der Kundenservice immer noch TOP! Wir haben nachträglich (5 Monate) noch Hilfestellung bei dem Förderungsantrag bzw. bei Berechnungen benötigt, hier wurde ein Mustergültiger Service von Neuma Solar geboten - kompetent, schnell, kostenlos und vor allem - immer freundlich. Afterwards (5 months) we still needed help with the funding application or with calculations, here an exemplary service from Neuma Solar was offered - competent, fast, free and above all - always friendly.
