The Arbö base in Telfs is always a good contact if there are problems with the car but otherwise you can get everything such as a vignette or oil ... etc. and has a top team .... ?

Man bekommt kompetente Antworten und tolle Ratschläge. Bruno, der jetzt pensioniert ist hat die Jungs perfekt und kundenorientierte eingeschult. Hut ab und bitte weiter so.. The guys there are just great. Very accommodating, always friendly and almost always have time for little things. You get competent answers and great advice. Ein Anruf am Vortag brachte mir die Erkenntnis, dass ein Terminn nicht notwendig ist und ich einfach so vorbeikommen soll. Gesagt, getan. Hingefahren, Anliegen vorgebracht und dann keine 10 Min. Wartezeit bis ein freundlicher, junger Mitarbeiter auf mich dann zukam, meine KFZ-Papiere holte und gleich darauf anfing das Gutachten zu erstellen. Nach 15 Minuten war alles erledigt! Das nenn ich Kundenfreundlich. Besten Dank!! Easy, quick and competent! Needed a hull certificate. A phone call the day before made me realize that an appointment is not necessary and that I should just come over. Said and done. I drove there, raised my concerns and then did not wait 10 minutes until a friendly, young employee approached me, got my vehicle papers and immediately began to prepare the report. After 15 minutes everything was done! That's what I call customer-friendly. Thank you very much!!

Ein Anruf und schnell war das Team von Arbö Telfs bei ihn und half sehr kompetent. Nach kurzer Zeit und pünktlich vor dem Wochenende war unser Auto wieder repariert.
