Ich war diese Woche mit meinem Sohn um exakt 15:50 Uhr bei der Zulassungsstelle, um das heiß ersehnte Moped meines Sohnes anzumelden. Eine Dame hat mir mitgeteilt, dass sie bereits die Kassa gemacht hat und ich solle ein anderes mal wiederkommen. Auf meinen Hinweis "Sie haben doch bis 16:00 Uhr geöffnet" wurde äußerst unfreundlich der Satz wiederholt - "Aber ich habe die Kassa schon gemacht". Es ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar warum eine dermaßen unwillige Mitarbeiterbeiterein in Zeiten wie diesen auf Kunden losgelassen wird!!
The service is a cheek
This week I was with my son at exactly 3:50 p.m. at the registration office to register my son's much-awaited moped. A lady told me that she had already cashed in and that I should come back another time. When I said "You are open until 4:00 p.m.", the sentence was repeated in an extremely unfriendly manner - "But I have already made the till". It is incomprehensible to me why such unwilling employee work is let go of customers in times like these !!
