★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t express how much I enjoyed my meal here, best place i’ve eaten at in Vienna. The food was delicious and staff were accommodating and friendly and they took the time to explain the menu in English. Friendly atmosphere with extremely tasty food. Loved the wines they recommended too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really looking forward to going here after seeing it on the TV program Remarkable Places To Eat but unfortunately on arrival it was closed for summer and reopens 8th September 2020. I searched for similar alternatives but couldn't find one nearby . Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved my table via email for a Friday evening at 7. It is located in a less touristy area, making it a more authentic experience. The place was packed full when we arrived, our table was next to the bar so I had the chance to take a peek at what was going on in the kitchen, where everything was lively and cheerful. The waiter had the patience to explain to us the food in the menu. The piece of resistance was the Sarma, which was meat rolled in a huge pickled cabbage leaf, being almost identical
with a very well known food in my country. All the food we ordered was delicious, the mood in the restaurant was cosy, friendly, almost like your good friend’s living room, only with tastier food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best meals I had during my 4 nights in Vienna. Sarma and Tafelspitz were amazing, it's a must try. And love the friendly service from the staff and lady boss herself. Really really down to earth kinda restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been eating nice food since we arrived in Vienna, but last night was elevated to heartwarming, goosebumps creating, soul food, felt very happy afterwards. It was like visiting relatives for dinner. Thank you Stefanie for being such a lovely person and great Chef!
