Sehr gute und umfangreiche Innenausstattung (bis auf "normale" Kaffeegerätschaften, es gibt eine Pad-Maschine). Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöner und gepflegter Außenbereich. Negativ: Man sollte sich darauf einstellen, dass die Wohnung im Altbau aus baulichen Gründen niedrige Decken ca 2,10 m und wenig Tageslicht hat..
