Hervorragendes Essen, tolle Kinderbetreuung, insgesamt ein sehr gutes Gesamtpaket um allen in der Familie gerecht zu werden! 5 Sterne ++ We were there in February 2019 and enjoyed every day! Excellent food, great childcare, overall a very good overall package to do justice to everyone in the family! 5 stars ++

Giardino esterno super come le sale giochi al coperto. Le persone che seguono i bambini sono attente e brave. Ringraziamo di cuore Agnese e Roman che hanno badato ad Anna e Alessandro in maniera impeccabile.Andateci vi troverete benissimo ed i bimbi saranno felicissimi!!!!! Excellent hotel for children and parents. Friendly and attentive service. Excellent facilities for children to play. Super outdoor garden like indoor game rooms. The people following the children are attentive and good. We sincerely thank Agnese and Roman who looked after Anna and Alessandro impeccably. Go there you will have a great time and the children will be very happy !!!!!
N	Nadine Rustler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren Mitte August 2020 zum 3. Mal im "Hubsi Hotel". Die ersten beiden Male waren wir sehr begeistert und es war richtig toll dort. Dieses Mal waren wir aber so richtig enttäuscht und sind sogar einen Tag früher abgereist. Das Mittagessen ist sehr monoton (Pommes, Gemüse, Pasta mit einer Sauce). Das Frühstück war auch unterdurchschnittlich. Die "Platten" bestanden z.B. aus 4 Blätter Käse, das Gebäck war hart und nicht frisch. Das Abendessen war für die Kinder wieder monoton (siehe Mittagessen) und für die Erwachsenen geschmacklich sehr gut, die Portionsgröße aber wirklich sehr homöopathisch. Die Sauberkeit in der Poollandschaft, Rutsche und Sauna lässt massiv zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal war aber großartig. Sehr schade, wie der aktuelle Zustand ist. Wir werden kein 4. Mal kommen! We stayed at the "Hubsi Hotel" for the third time in mid-August 2020. The first two times we were very enthusiastic and it was really great there. This time we were really disappointed and even left a day earlier. Lunch is very monotonous (fries, vegetables, pasta with a sauce). Breakfast was also below average. The "plates" consisted e.g. From 4 sheets of cheese, the pastry was hard and not fresh. Dinner was again monotonous for the children (see lunch) and the taste was very good for the adults, but the portion size was really very homeopathic. The cleanliness in the pool area, slide and sauna left a lot to be desired. The staff was great though. It's a shame how the current situation is. We won't come a 4th time!

Es gibt überall Spielmöglichkeiten, der Garten ist richtig toll und das Hallenbad mit mehreren Rutschen ausgestattet. Den Stern Abzug gibt es leider wahrscheinlich auch Corona bedingt fürs Essen und die Leitung des Hotels. Obwohl das Personal sehe freundlich und bemüht war auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen hat uns hier und da etwas gefehlt. Es gab zB täglich die gleiche Auswahl beim Frühstück die leider nicht sehr groß war und das Kuchen Buffett am Nachmittag bestand auch 8 Tage hintereinander aus dem gleichen (wohl täglich frisch zubereiteten) Obst-Blechkuchen. Nochmal großes Kompliment an Ausstattung im Zimmer und im restlichen Hotel vor allem für Kinder und an das nette in Unterzahl gewesene Servicepersonal! The hotel is perfect for families with small children. There are play facilities everywhere, the garden is really great and the indoor pool has several slides. Unfortunately, the star deduction is probably also due to corona for the food and the management of the hotel. Although the staff looked friendly and tried to respond to our requests, something was missing here and there. For example, there was the same selection at breakfast every day, which was unfortunately not very large and the cake buffet in the afternoon consisted of the same fruit sheet cake (probably freshly prepared every day) for 8 days in a row. Again a big compliment to the equipment in the room and in the rest of the hotel, especially for children and to the nice service staff who were outnumbered!
F	Ferruccio Galeso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bella esperienza, luogo tranquillo e raccolto, adatto ad una vacanza con i propri figli, diversa da quella di un villaggio turistico, sicuramente meno invasiva e più rilassante. Il personale è molto gentile ed accogliente, la struttura è pulita e ben tenuta. Il menù è a base di cibi locali e la qualità è davvero buona. Ovviamente non c'è da aspettarsi pasta, pizza, caffè ed orari a cui noi italiani siamo abituati. Beautiful experience, quiet and cozy place, suitable for a holiday with your children, different from that of a tourist village, certainly less invasive and more relaxing. The staff is very kind and welcoming, the structure is clean and well maintained. The menu is based on local foods and the quality is really good. Obviously we can't expect pasta, pizza, coffee and schedules that we Italians are used to.

S	Stephen Elgie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a veteran of many Kinderhotels I’m surprised to be rating one less than 5stars. Our stay was great but the experience came up short in a few areas. Other kinderhotels have handled the connection between kids club and skiing much better. In theory there is a bus that drops them off for skischool to collect them from but the service let us down and our children (4&6) were left to head up the mountain alone. We travelled with our children and observed the same breakdown in the process happening the following day. I think the hotel shouldn’t advertise a service that is not reliable. Either they need a bus driver to ensure contact with skischool or a more reliable partner skischool. The Goldeck ski area is more fun than it looks on paper, with the limited number of runs being of good quality. The hotel offers a heavily discounted ski pass too which is a real bonus. The facilities at the hotel were excellent with pool and soft play both hugely enjoyed. Food for the grownups was of a lower standard than we’ve enjoyed at other kinderhotels, but not sufficiently so to spoil the experience.
