★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe den Weg zur Fa. Zrunek gefunden weil bei meiner Thermoskanne (ein über 40 Jahre altes Erbstück) die Dichtung kaputt geworden ist.
Nicht nur, dass man mir sofort weitergeholfen hat, ich habe die beiden(!!) Dichtungen sogar zum Kaffeekassa-Preis bekommen da aus Restmaterial gestanzt.
Herzlichen Dank für dieses überaus freundliche Kundenservice!!
I found my way to the Zrunek company because the seal on my thermos flask (an heirloom over 40 years old) broke.
Not only did they help me immediately, I even got the two (!!) seals at the cash desk price because they were punched from leftover material.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Firma auch für Privatpersonen und Menschen welche nur O-Ringe in einstelligen Mengen benötigen! War gestern dort und brauchte zwei O-Ringe in dann doch sehr spezifischen Größen für ein prototyping Projekt und bin hier sehr gut beraten und auch fündig geworden. Als Bonus habe ich dann noch 10 Stück der beiden Größen geschenkt bekommen!
Great company for private individuals and people who only need O-rings in single digits! Was there yesterday and needed two O-rings in very specific sizes for a prototyping project and was very well advised and found what I was looking for. As a bonus, I got 10 pieces of the two sizes for free!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Firma, die ich nur weiter empfehlen kann. Benötigte für alten Samovar (Erbstück) Dichtungen für die Reperatur. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten wurden diese angefertigt (in 2 Materialausführungen). Vorher eingehende Beratung und Vermessung - kompetent und freundlich. Echte Profis!
Sollte ich wieder Dichtungen brauchen - meine erste Anlaufstelle!
Great company that I can only recommend. Necessary for old samovar (heirloom) seals for repair. These were made within 10 minutes (in 2 material versions). In-depth advice and measurement beforehand - competent and friendly. Real professionals!
Should I need seals again - my first port of call!
