L	Lucie Barinkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einer der schlimmsten Frisor besuche meines Lebens. Bin gestern noch zu einem anderen Frisor damit er mir die Farbe und schnitt verbessert. Unmögliche Bedienung, sehr unerfahren beim Farbe Aufträgen, den Ton total verhaut, uneben und mit Flecken. Der Schnitt uneben. Und sie hatten fast keine Zeit für Kunden obwohl der Laden leer war und die Frisöre hinten im Kämmerlein beim Kaffee trinken waren. andere Kundin neben mir hat mich auch mit enttäuschten Augen Absolutely the worse experience I’ve had in my life. Worse color with patches of unclear shades and the cut is uneven. Had to go to a different hairdresser to get it fixed. These girls are not actual hairdressers. Super unprofessional. Spare yourself the tears ... I wasn’t the only one that was sitting there disappointed.. One of the worst hairdressers in my life. Yesterday I went to another hairdresser so that he could improve my color and cut. Impossible to use, very inexperienced with paint jobs, the clay totally messed up, uneven and with spots. The cut is uneven. And they had almost no time for customers even though the shop was empty and the hairdressers in the back of the room were having coffee. other customer next to me also met me with disappointed eyes Absolutely the worse experience I've had in my life. Einziger Minuspunkt: ich finde 28€ für föhnen alleine überteuert. Für jede andere Leistung zahle ich jedoch gerne! Somit übrige Preis-Leistung gut. I always like to go to this hairdresser - very nice staff, always try to fulfill my wishes and appointments are always very quick! The only downside: I find 28 € for blow-dry alone overpriced. I am happy to pay for any other service! So the rest of the price-performance ratio was good.

As a longtime customer, I've never really been dissatisfied, no matter if cut or color. Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere, friendly and highly competent staff with honest and eager advice and absolutely fair prices. Perfect!
V	V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War damals immer sehr zufrieden. Ich glaube, dass ich diesmal einfach Pech hatte und die Frisörin einen schlechten Tag. Zwei Sterne weil der Schnitt und die Frisur eh sehr gut passen aber der Umgang war nicht angenehm.. nicht für diesen Preis! Back then I was always very happy. I think I was just unlucky this time and the hairdresser had a bad day. Two stars because the cut and the hairstyle fit very well anyway but the handling was not pleasant .. not for this price!

Alle sind immer soo lieb und nehmen sich für alles Zeit, obwohl sie mehr als genug zu tun habe. Danke! Since I was a child I hate going to the hairdresser, but when I have an appointment with the Zopf siblings, I don't get overjoyed. Everyone is always so nice and takes time for everything, even though they have more than enough to do. Thank you!
