I was swatting from running behind me little daughter for whole hour. The Staff is nice , and not interfering with child play. Happy to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an absolutely wonderful place for children to learn! We attended a class in the atelier and had a fun time creating beautiful art. My son especially enjoyed it as he still talks about it over a month later! The teachers were so great with the kids and explained everything to them so well. Such an interactive, hands-on class. An absolute joy! And although the class was 99% in German, and we speak zero German, we still were able to follow along and make due. Luckily the instructor spoke English and could answer any questions we had but it was a straight forward class. (We had the pleasure of attending the "Be a Plaster Master" class in May 2019).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great spot for kids from a 1 year up. It idea grouping and separating the areas according to ages. Each so is highly interactive for when it comes to the age. One must be aware that you have to reserve a spot as they have specific opening times for their program.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the ocean zone for our 2 year old. He loved it! It's a big area for kids to explore, a lot of small things to play with and kind staff to help the kids. It's not your traditional museum so don't think of it that way, as each section is broken down by age group so it's not a full explore setting. But nonetheless great for kids, way better than anticipated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here twice (ocean and Atelier), but every time I have been disappointed. In both cases incredible unfriendly staff and not engaging staff at all. If you don’t expect any engagement from the staff it’s ok, but for a children museum I expected more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My three year old had a blast here. She explored the ocean room. I also had my 6 month old with me. We didn't make a reservation, but they let us wait ten minutes to see if any reservations were not claimed and we got a spot! The staff was kind and helpful. I would love to visit again!
