R	Rico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine einzige Katastrophe betreffend Wartezeiten von Österreich her kommend. Lustenau hat die erbärmlichste Verkehrsplanung weit und breit. Man wartet Stunden, Stunden, Stunden. Nichts bewegt sich, weder die Autoschlangen noch etwas in der Politik von Lustenau. A single disaster regarding waiting times coming from Austria. Lustenau has the most pathetic traffic planning far and wide. You wait hours, hours, hours. Nothing moves, neither the queues of cars nor anything in the politics of Lustenau.
E	Ernest Chanian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundliche Beamte, nageln einen an einem Satz fest - um sofort Busse zu kassieren. Kein Verständnis für versehentlich „halb-richtig“ getätigte Aussage, die aufgrund von Müdigkeit passierte (da ich zum Zeitpunkt der Aussage bereits 1200 km zurückgelegt hatte). Nach Zahlung der Busse habe ich freundlich nach der Dienstnummer der betreffenden Beamten bzw. nach deren Namen gefragt, kalte ABSAGE!!!!! Meines Erachtens habe ich keine Ordnungswidrigkeit begangen und wurde zu Unrecht mit Busse bestraft. Ich fühlte mich seitens der Beamten einfach an „die Wand gedrückt“, die nur das Ziel verfolgten, mich abzukassieren. Meine Eltern waren beide vor Ort und empfanden die Situation genau gleich. Ich kann diese Zoll-Dienstelle nicht empfehlen. Gestresste Zöllner... Unfriendly officials, nail you to a sentence - to collect buses immediately. No understanding for accidentally "half-correct" statement that happened due to fatigue (since I had already covered 1200 km at the time of the statement). After paying for the buses, I kindly asked for the official's service number or name, cold CANCELLATION !!!!! In my opinion, I have committed no administrative offense and have been wrongly fined. I simply felt "pressed against the wall" by the officials, who were only trying to cash me in. My parents were both on site and felt the situation exactly the same. I cannot recommend this customs office. Stressed Tax Collectors ...

If you want to be yelled at and insulted, you go to get a stamp for the export and you can't find your identity card.
E	Erwin Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oeffnungszeiten Katastrophe. Man tut alles dass ja niemand die Mehrwertsteuerrückerstattung bekommt. Das Formular muss am gleichen Tag abgestempelt werden. Rundum an den österreichischen Zollstellen nach 17:00 Uhr nicht mehr möglich……alle schliesssen vorher….Deutschland machts besser , geh ich halt dort einkaufen. Opening times disaster. Everything is done so that nobody gets the VAT refund. The form must be stamped on the same day. No longer possible at the Austrian customs offices after 5:00 p.m. ...... all close first ... Germany is doing better, I'll just go shopping there.

( po między budynkami) Ogólnie znośne przejście graniczne. Very small border crossing between Austria and Switzerland. If you are driving a truck, the entrance to the crossing is from Blumenaustraße, 6890 Lustenau, Austria !!! (between buildings) Border crossing point generally acceptable.
