A	Andreas Rauschmayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute Morgen um eine Sendung aus USA abzuholen. Auf der Homepage war die Öffnungszeit ab 6 Uhr Morgens angegeben. Ich war um 7 Uhr dort und wurde noch recht sachlich belehrt es würde erst um 8 Uhr geöffnet und an Herrn Endler verwiesen. Dieser hat mich mit schlechter Laune übergossen und mich deutlich spüren lassen wie dumm ich bin! Zitat: Wer lesen kann ist klar im Vorteil! Er hat mich zwar abgefertigt - aber eben auch abgefertigt. Auf solche Erfahrungen kann jeder verzichten !!! I went this morning to pick up a shipment from the United States. The opening time was stated on the homepage from 6 a.m. I was there at 7 a.m. and was still informed factually that it would only be opened at 8 a.m. and referred to Mr. Endler. Ich muss sagen alle Mitarbeiter sind zu mir freundlich und nett aber ich musste zuerst zu eine Spedition nur frage ist wie??? Alles ist zu überall ist Zaun und jetzt??? Zu Fuß raus aus dem Hof und Autobahn entlang laufen!!! Wie bescheuert ist das den? Jetzt bin ich hier schon seit 1,5 Std. und weil ich schon langsam auf die Toilette sollte habe ich freundlich gefragt wo die Möglichkeit für mich besteht. Jetzt kommt der Hammer!!! Es gibt keine Möglichkeit!!!!!! Was???????? Tunnel von hier ist gesperrt und von aussen ist überall Zaun???!!! Also an die Chefitäten und Ingenieure aus Hauptzollamt Augsburg: Daumen hoch ? After a long time I'm back at customs in Hörbranz with my truck! I have to say that all employees are friendly and nice to me, but first I had to go to a freight forwarder just ask how ??? I've been here for 1.5 hours now, and because I was supposed to be going to the toilet slowly, I kindly asked where the opportunity was for me. Now comes the hammer! There is no possibility!!!!!! What???????? The tunnel from here is closed and there is a fence everywhere from the outside! So to the bosses and engineers from the main customs office in Augsburg: thumbs up ?

L'ambiente non è male, dispone di un ampio salone e un bancone bar con ampia scelta tra paste, brioches e panini. Bagni all'avanguardia e discretamente puliti. Personale un po' asettico che non spiccica una parola in italiano..... beh del resto sono a casa loro, siamo noi che ci dobbiamo adattare. Nota negativa: prezzi da galleria del Duomo di Milano ? We were returning from Munich and stopped for breakfast. The environment is not bad, it has a large lounge and a bar counter with a wide choice of pastries, brioches and sandwiches. State-of-the-art and fairly clean bathrooms. Staff a bit 'aseptic that does not say a word in Italian ..... well after all they are at home, we have to adapt. Negative note: prices from the gallery of the Milan Cathedral ?

M	Manuel Wüstner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir Fahrer dürfen ohne Möglichkeit auf eine Toilette zu gehen draußen warten, bis die Damen und Herren Zöllner auf ein Klingelsignal nach draußen kommen und die Papiere entgegen nehmen. Pause ist von 13:20 - 13:40. Diese wird gerne 15 Minuten vorher angefangen, und 15 Minuten später aufgehört. We drivers are allowed to wait outside without the possibility of going to a toilet until the ladies and gentlemen customs officers come outside on a bell signal and take the papers. The break is from 1:20 p.m. to 1:40 p.m. This is often started 15 minutes in advance and stopped 15 minutes later.
J	Justus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein wirklich exzellentes Zollamt. Die Abfertigungsbeamten machten mir mit deutlichen Gestikulationen durchs Fenster den Weg auf den Amtsplatz leicht ersichtlich. Besonders erfreut war ich zudem, als mein LKW pünktlich zu den Öffnungszeiten um 6:40 Uhr in nur kürzester Zeit abgefertigt wurde. Selbst als ich zum Schichtwechsel um 13:19 Uhr ankam, wurde mein T-Papier innerhalb einer Minute von den kompetenten Zollbeamten beendet. Denn wie allseits bekannt ist: Zwischen 13:20 Uhr und 13:40 Uhr findet ein Schichtwechsel statt, hier ist ein Abfertigen leider nicht möglich. Mir als Schweizer Staatsbürger wurde zudem gesagt, dass eine Mehrwertsteuererstattung an diesem Zollamt nicht möglich ist, da es sich beim Zollamt Hörbranz-Autobahn NICHT um ein Grenzzollamt handelt. Auch das Übersiedlungsgut von meinem Umzug nach Deutschland kann ich hier nicht ohne Weiteres abfertigen. In beiden Fällen hätte ich zum österreichischen Zollamt, also an die EU-Außengrenze fahren müssen - gut zu wissen! Vielen Dank und bis bald! P.S. Meinen Umzug habe ich letztendlich am Zollamt Kreuzlingen-Konstanz erledigt, dort fallen nämlich keine hohen Gebühren an und die Beamten sind in Sachen Umzugsgut spezialisiert! A really excellent customs house. The clearance officers made clear gestures through the window, making it easy to see the way to the office. I was also particularly pleased when my truck was dispatched punctually at 6:40 a.m. in a very short time. Even when I arrived at 1:19 p.m. for the shift change, my T-paper was finished within a minute by the competent customs officers. Because as everyone knows: there is a shift change between 1:20 p.m. and 1:40 p.m., unfortunately processing is not possible here. As a Swiss citizen, I was also told that a VAT refund is not possible at this customs office because the Hörbranz-Autobahn customs office is NOT a border customs office. I cannot easily clear the household effects from my move to Germany here either. In both cases I would have had to drive to the Austrian customs office, i.e. to the external EU border - good to know! Thank you and see you soon! P.S. In the end, I did my move at the Kreuzlingen-Konstanz customs office, because there are no high fees there and the officials specialize in moving goods!
