Wenn man erklärt, dass Fenster bei einer Mängelbehebung kaputt gemacht wurden, statt repariert worden sind, wird der Begriff "kaputt" erstmal durchdefiniert: Das Fenster sei nicht kaputt, sondern "nicht funktionstüchtig". Statt Lösungen zu bieten, wird hier mit leerer Rhetorik überspielt, dass leider wenig "funktionstüchtig" ist. Finger weg. Mr. Hönig has lost a philosopher. If one explains that windows were broken in a defect repair, instead of repaired, the term "broken" is first defined: The window is not broken, but "not functional". Instead of offering solutions, it is overplayed here with empty rhetoric that unfortunately is not very "functional". Hands off.

Die Arbeiten wurden dilettantisch durchgeführt, so dass der Monteur wieder kommen musste (Facharbeit und Kundenzufriedenheit…negativ). 3. Die durchgeführten Arbeiten wurden von keinem Vorgesetzten bzw. Meister nachkontrolliert. 4. Bei Reklamationen sind die Herrschaften von Zirngast äußerst unfreundlich und können mit Kritik nicht umgehen. I had so far only bad experiences with the company Zirngast. 1. Die Tür fällt mit einem Geräusch ins Schloss wie bei einem Rolls Royce - annähernd lautlos mit einem satten Plopp ??.... und die gewarteten Fenster lassen sich mit einer Leichtigkeit und ohne jeglichen Widerstand öffnen und schließen, dass es eine Freude ist ? Großes Kompliment an Ihre Mitarbeiter ? Dann hat mich ein Herr der Firma Zirngast kontaktiert hat mein Anliegen aufgenommen, danach ist wieder nichts passiert. Anscheinend geht es der Firma Zirngast so gut, dass Sie es nicht nötig haben kleine Aufträge anzunehmen. I tried to order a door, there was no answer to my first two e-mails, I tried three times over the phone and I was assured that someone would take care of my concerns. Then a gentleman from the Zirngast company contacted me and took up my request, after which nothing happened again. Apparently the Zirngast company is doing so well that you don't need to accept small orders.

Es hat fast ein ganzes Jahr in der Abwicklung dauert. Door quality is ok. BUT the customer service through Mr. Friess was extremely poor. Unfriendly and long waiting times. It took almost a full year to process.
