M	Markus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten vor mehr als einen Monat einen sehr netten und auch sehr kompetenten Mitarbeiter der Firma Fröstl bei uns im Haus. Wir haben um ein Angebot für einen Dachbodenausbau und zur Versetzung 2er Wände gebeten. Trotz MEHRMALIGER Urgenz (telefonisch, per Mail,…) haben wir nie ein Angebot erhalten oder auch keine Antwort. Das Büro hat uns nur vertröstet das wir in Kürze etwas erhalten. Ich habe kein Problem kein Angebot zu erhalten (kann ja sein das der Auftrag zu klein war, die Mitarbeiter zu beschäftige sind oder einen anderen Grund haben), aber überhaupt keine Antwort und auch keine Absage zu erhalten finde ich sehr unprofessionell. Schade! More than a month ago we had a very nice and very competent employee from Fröstl in our company. We asked for an offer for an attic extension and the relocation of two walls. Despite SEVERAL requests (by phone, email, ...) we never received an offer or no answer. The office only put us off that we will receive something shortly. I have no problem not receiving an offer (it could be that the order was too small, the employees are too busy or have some other reason), but I find no answer at all and no rejection at all, I find very unprofessional. Pity!
