So etwas unfreundliches hab ich noch nie erlebt! Auch wenn sich Kunden nicht entscheiden können, oder einfach nicht das richtige finden können, muss man freundlich und kompetent sein und nicht die Augen verdrehen. The selection is great, but the service is a disaster. We were just left standing and she served another customer. I've never seen anything so unfriendly! Even if customers cannot make up their minds or simply cannot find the right one, you have to be friendly and competent and not roll your eyes.

Ich habe zwar am nächsten Tag eine Gutschrift dafür bekommen, aber mochte da dann auch nichts mehr kaufen, bzw wäre auch nichts Ansprechendes dabei gewesen. Very carelessly designed shop ? I got a credit for it the next day, but then I didn't want to buy anything, or there would have been nothing appealing.
