NLP sehe ich als nützliches Werkzeug, damit mir das besser gelingen kann. Das Team von ZHI hat mir an zwei Tagen schon viele Ideen dazu mit gegeben - unterhaltsam, spannend und lehrreich und in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre. Learn to communicate well with yourself. That sounds easy ... but I think I have to keep practicing here. I see NLP as a useful tool so that I can do it better. The ZHI team gave me a lot of ideas over two days - entertaining, exciting and educational and in a very pleasant atmosphere.
L	Lydia Forster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durch dieses Seminar habe ich einmal mehr erfahren, wie sehr ich an mir selber arbeiten kann, um meinem Gegenüber ein positives Gesamtbild von mir zu vermitteln. Die einzelnen Tipps muss ich natürlich noch verinnerlichen und das Wissen darüber in Fleisch und Blut übergehen lassen. Das Seminar hat mir auch Anreiz gegeben, wieder mehr über mich und mein Verhalten im Alltag nachzudenken, weil ich doch erkannt haben, dass ich die eine oder andere Schwäche habe. Ich war froh, teilgenommen zu haben und kann NLP nur weiter empfehlen Through this seminar, I have once again learned how much I can work on myself to convey a positive overall picture of myself to my counterpart. Of course, I still have to internalize the individual tips and let the knowledge go into flesh and blood. The seminar also gave me an incentive to think more about myself and my behavior in everyday life, because I recognized that I have one or the other weaknesses. I was glad to have participated and can only recommend NLP

Die Qualität wird hörbar - auch wenn du nichts sagst: Wie du das machst ist mir ein Rätsel! Ich habe den NLP Basic und Practitioner bei ihnen gemacht und finde es erstaunlich, wieviel sich in meinem Leben bisher zum positiven verändert hat. Die Seminare sind sehr praxisorientiert mit vielen Übungen. Es wird Wert auf die Integration von NLP ins eigene Leben gelegt, was durchaus gelingt. Die Atmosphäre ist motivierend und die anderen Teilnehmer waren super nett. Ben und Michaela sind den Teilnehmern nah und bieten Raum für persönliche Fragen. Ich kann die Seminare bei ZHI nur empfehlen. Ben and Michaela are great coaches! I've done the NLP Basic and Practitioner with them and find it amazing how much has changed in my life to the positive. The seminars are very practice-oriented with many exercises. It is important to the integration of NLP into your own life, which is quite successful. The atmosphere is motivating and the other participants were super nice. Ben and Michaela are close to the participants and offer space for personal questions. I can only recommend the seminars at ZHI.

Es war in diesen zwei Tagen keine Sekunde langweilig und es entstand eine super Gruppendynamik. Das Seminar machte mit zahlreichen Bereichen, wie (Körper-)Sprache, Wahrnehmungskanälen, Kommunikation, Lebens-Rollen, Glaubenssätzen, Gefühle-Drehen, Ankern u.v.m. vertraut und wir durften zwei Hypnosen ("Traumreisen") erleben. Dabei stützten sich die Moderatoren nicht ausschließlich um theoretische Wissensvermittlung, sondern begeisterten durch viele lebensnahe Geschichten ("Storytelling"). So entstanden "Bilder im Kopf", die v.a. durch Bens humorvolle Präsentation oft zum Lachen animierten. Danke für diese wunderbare "Reise ins eigene Ich"! I can definitely recommend the seminar to others. Ben and Michi guided through the modules in a highly professional manner and with a lot of passion and empathy. It wasn't boring for a second during these two days and a great group dynamic developed. The seminar familiarized people with numerous areas such as (body) language, perception channels, communication, roles in life, beliefs, turning feelings, anchoring and much more, and we were able to experience two hypnoses ("dream trips"). The moderators did not rely solely on theoretical knowledge transfer, but inspired by many realistic stories ("storytelling"). The result was "pictures in the head", which often encouraged laughter, especially through Ben's humorous presentation. Thank you for this wonderful "journey into your own self"!

NLP sollte jeder in seinem Leben mal gemacht haben! Benedikt Ahlfeld ist die beste Adresse (in meinen Augen). Ich freu mich schon auf den Practitioner! A highly recommended seminar that the trainers bring across in an authentic, understandable and humorous way! Everyone should have done NLP at least once in their life! Das Thema hatte ich vor über 20 Jahren als zu manipulativ/negativ abgestempelt und ihm dann keine Chance mehr gegeben. Benedikts Art hat mich doch irgendwie angesprochen und ich habe mich zum NLP Basic Seminar angemeldet. Das war unglaublich gut und hat mich sehr überzeugt und mir persönlich schon extrem viel gebracht. Die gelernten Übungen werde ich immer wieder praktizieren, um einfach nur mich selbst im Leben voranzubringen und eigene Hürden zu überwinden. Vielen Dank an Benedikt und sein Team und wenn ich mal ne NLP Ausbildung mache (was ziemlich sicher der Fall sein wird - nur weiß ich noch nicht genau, ob schon heuer), dann wird es bei Benedikt Ahlfeld sein!!! I already knew Benedikt from numerous interviews and found him very likeable. NLP not like that though. More than 20 years ago, I had labeled the topic as too manipulative/negative and then gave it no more chance. Benedikt's style somehow appealed to me and I signed up for the NLP Basic Seminar. That was unbelievably good and really convinced me, and it has already given me a lot personally. I will practice the exercises I have learned again and again just to advance myself in life and to overcome my own hurdles. Many thanks to Benedikt and his team and if I ever do an NLP training (which will almost certainly be the case - I just don't know exactly if this year), then it will be with Benedikt Ahlfeld!!!
