Beim rausfahren setzt das Fahrzeug 2x ordentlich auf. Frontschürze Komplett aufgeschürft. Mercedes CLS - ist weder tiefergelegt oder sonstiges.Hinter mir ein Audi A6, das selbe Problem. Warum behebt hier das Problem nicht? Wem kann ich die Reperaturkosten schicken?
When driving out, the vehicle sits 2x properly. Front apron Completely seasoned. Mercedes CLS - is not lowered or something else. Behind me an Audi A6, the same problem. Why does not the problem correct here? Who can I send the repair costs to?

Unklare Beschilderung für diverse Ausnahmeregelungen. Passt zur Wiener Verkehrspolitik.
Unclear signage for various exceptions. Fits the Viennese transport policy.

Kundenfreundlichkeit geht anders...
I recently visited the bathroom for the first time and parked at the APCOA parking lot. Have 1x 2 euros and then 1x 4 euros thrown in the machine, so paid for 3 hours. After 2.5 h then hung a 40 € traffic ticket on my windshield for unpaid parking, which I can not really understand. Customer-friendliness is different ...

It is completely unclear what this parking lot is supposed to do outside the opening times of the summer pool. Apcoa is often the partner and beneficiary of the community's sticker mafia, so it makes sense to charge a more expensive fee than the bath visit itself. Registered long-term parkers who found no mercy in the restrictive provisions of the PP, of course. But otherwise just as expensive as the surrounding short-term parking zone, playground for remote-controlled devices and cycling students, it is a formerly public space with now draconian penalties. Theoretically, because practically not evident. And so individual vehicles park and wait for the Apcoa to report or for the community parking ticket, or maybe nothing happens. Pathetic and deviously mean. Arbitrary and unclear, like everything that has to do with parking and cashing in Vienna. On the positive side, it can of course be noted that a visit to the summer pool is possible with a theoretically 5 euro parking fee. However, it will be difficult to find a free space and still have to be content with the 3-hour parking time of the PP.

I am a public transport driver. The parking lot is ideal for roller skating, skating, etc. Otherwise I would wish that Attensam didn't come every day in winter and push the snow so that you can no longer toboggan.

BEWARE!!! First visit to Vienna for tourism. After covid lockdown we wanted to spend some time with friends. We made some research beforehand and found out that all zones in center or outside Vienna are regulated for parking so we knew we couldn't park our car in any space even if there are no signs. So, bingo! we found a payment parking APCOA. It was 2 km walking distance from where we were staying, so not very convenient but ok. First day we pay for the whole day, 5 euro at the machine. We were planning to come back every day to pay, but bingo! we found APCOA APP so we could pay from the phone no need to go to the parking lot. And we paid 5 euros for every day the car was staying there. Convenient huh? Here is the thing, we arrived in the hottest day of that week and the parking lot was almost full, bingo! we found one spot that had no special sign in front and no special marks on the ground so we left it there. For 4 days. When we came back at the end of the visit we found 4 tickets for wrong parking (40 euro each). It turns out that not all parking spaces available are the same. Our car was in a "long term reserved zone" there were signs on the side (not near our car) unluckily only in German and with no arrows or symbols of 'attention', 'not allowed'. 'R' or something that could rise any doubts. Since the APCOA app is connected for parking payment with the car license plate, it could cost nothing to them to send us a notification that we got the first fine through the app. The app became useless because if we had parked inside without paying we would have gotten the same fines. In the app and on the website it states 200 parking spaces available but no warning that there are special parking zones. We would have paid less if we had parked in a downtown parking lot closer to the tourist attractions. Absurd....
