★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich trainiere seit über 2 Jahren Wing Chun im Long Zentrum und finde man bekommt die richtige Kombination aus Kampfkunst und Philisophie von Christof und Angelika vermittelt. Das Training ist auch immer abwechslungsreich und sie lassen sich auch in Coronazeiten immer wieder was einfallen um ihr Angebot zu verbessern.
 I've been training Wing Chun at the Long Center for over 2 years and I think you get the right combination of martial arts and philosophy from Christof and Angelika. The training is always varied and they always come up with something to improve their offer, even in Corona times.
