90 min. Nuad Massage: 100% entspannend, der ganze Körper von Kopf bis Fuß wird bearbeitet , man kann sich komplett fallen lassen , einfach nur toll :)
Insanely great yoga studio, very relaxed and positive atmosphere. Extremely great yoga classes that are exhausting, energetic and relaxing :)
90 min. Nuad Massage: 100% relaxing, the whole body from head to toe is worked, you can let yourself go completely, just great :)

Das Angebot reicht von angenehmen Yoga Einheiten zum Entspannen und Loslassen bis hin zu Einheiten, die eine Herausforderung für Körper und Geist bieten. Jeder Raum ist mit Yogamatten und zusätzlichem Yoga-Zubehör ausgestattet - das Schleppen von Yogamatten entfällt! In den kühleren Monaten gibt es immer frischen Tee. Das ganze Jahr über stehen leckere Kekse oder Nüsse, manchmal sogar frisches Obst oder selbstgebackener Kuchen bereit. Das Studio bietet Platz zum Umziehen und hat auch eine Dusche.
Alles in allem eine Wohlfühloase !!
Zeit.raum offers the most beautiful and cozy yoga studio I know! The rooms are very comfortably furnished and clean. The offer ranges from pleasant yoga units to relax and let go, to units that offer a challenge for body and mind. Every room is equipped with yoga mats and additional yoga accessories - there is no need to drag yoga mats! Fresh tea is always available in the cooler months. Delicious cookies or nuts are available all year round, sometimes even fresh fruit or homemade cakes. The studio has room to move and also has a shower.
All in all an oasis of wellbeing !!
