★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider innerhalb der Terminvergabezeiten sehr schwer erreichbar, auf SMS wird nicht reagiert. Der 1. Termin, auf den ich lang gewartet habe, wurde am Tag des Termins kurzfristig wegen eines Notfalls abgesagt. Ersatztermin war nur 3 Wochen später zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit möglich. Als ich zu diesem Ersatztermin nach 45 Minuten Wartezeit noch immer nicht dran gekommen bin, habe ich den Hut drauf gehaut. Eine andere Dame musste 55 Minuten auf ihren Termin warten. Da kann ich gleich zu einem Kassenarzt gehen und zahle nichts dafür!
Unfortunately very difficult to reach within the appointment times, there is no response to SMS. The first appointment, which I have been waiting for, was canceled at short notice on the day of the appointment due to an emergency. An alternative appointment was only possible 3 weeks later at a certain time. When I still couldn't get my turn to this alternative appointment after 45 minutes of waiting, I knocked my hat on. Another lady had to wait 55 minutes for her appointment. I can go straight to a doctor and don't pay anything for it!
