Große Klappe am Telefon,sonst nichts. Fahrt lieber ein paar Meter weiter zu der Werkstatt neben der Eni Tankstelle(Firma Nöbauer) ? !! Caution !! Not to be recommended !! Totally rude and incompetent. Complete know-it-all and does not have any respect for customers. Big mouth on the phone, nothing else. Drive a few meters further to the workshop next to the Eni gas station (Nöbauer) ?
H	Harald Königstiger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade, ursprünglich hatte ich einen guten Eindruck von Max Zeitler, zumal er für die Erstdiagnose auch nichts verrechnete. Dann aber das: Ich wollte mir ein Teil (AGR-Ventil) das zum Motor gehört wechseln lassen und habe mit Herrn Zeitler vereinbart, dass ich es besorge und er es dann einbaut. Leider konnte mir nicht einmal ansatzweise sagen wie viele Stunden für den Einbau benötigt werden. Je nach Motortyp, je nach eventuell auftretenden Problemen. Aber jetzt kommts: Eines verträgt der Inhaber offenbar überhaupt nicht – wenn man ihm mitteilt was die Vertragswerkstätte – in meinem Fall Volvo – für den Einbau des Ersatzteiles an Zeit veranschlagt. Die wissen das naturgemäß am ehesten weil die konkrete Erfahrungswerte vorliegen haben. Also ich ihm das als Info (nicht als Vorgabe für ihn, das habe ich extra betont!) mitteilte (lt. Volvo 45 min) meinte er, dass er mich nicht als Kunden haben möchte und ich mir eine andere Werkstatt suchen soll, weil er sich nicht sagen lassen will wie lange er zu brauchen hat. Ich habe echt mehrmals gesagt, mir klar ist, dass es auch länger dauern kann (eingerostete Schrauben etc. kein Thema – trotzdem blieb er dabei, ich soll mir eine andere Werkstätte suchen. So etwas ist mir überhaupt noch nie passiert. Too bad, originally I had a good impression of Max Zeitler, especially since he didn't charge anything for the initial diagnosis. But then that: I wanted to have a part (EGR valve) that belongs to the engine replaced and agreed with Mr. Zeitler that I would get it and he would install it. Unfortunately, I couldn't even begin to tell how many hours it would take to install it. Depending on the motor type, depending on the problems that may arise. But now it comes: one thing the owner obviously can't take - if you tell him what the authorized workshop - in my case Volvo - estimates for the installation of the spare part. Naturally, they are most likely to know this because they have specific empirical values. So I told him that as an info (not as a requirement for him, I emphasized that!) (According to Volvo 45 min) he said that he did not want me as a customer and that I should look for another workshop because he does not want to be told how long it has to take. I really said several times, it is clear to me that it can also take longer (rusted screws etc. not an issue - nevertheless he stayed with it, I should look for another workshop. This has never happened to me before.

G	Gerhard Neuhauser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund der Tatsache, daß sich in meiner Umgebung nur Werkstätten befinden, die nur unbefriedigende Leistungen bringen, stieß ich durch Zufall auf die Werkstatt des Herrn Zeitl Max. Und ich muss sagen, es war ein glücklicher Zufall, denn in beiden Fällen, in welchen ich eine Werkstatt benötigte, erwies sich, daß mein Fahrzeug beim besten Mechaniker, den ich bisher kennen durfte, mehr als nur gut aufgehoben war. Was mir sehr gefällt : Er stellt nicht irgendwelche Diagnosen auf, verzettelt sich nicht in Theorien, sondern man sieht, daß er mit System vorangeht und stets genau weiß was er tut. So bin ich sicher, wäre keine Werkstatt auf die Verstopfung des Luftfilters gekommen. Vielmehr hätte man mir wohl erklärt, daß da nichts mehr zu reparieren ginge. Ganz anders Herr Zeitl. Dieser fand nach kaum 15 Minuten den Fehler und wenig später funktionierte mein Fahrzeug wieder einwandfrei. Wenn ich nun in Kritiken lese, daß Herr Zeitl unfreundlich ist, so kann ich darüber nur lachen. Mir ist nämlich ein ein wenig mürrisch wirkender - was er ja gar nicht ist - Mechaniker, der WEISS, was er tut allemal lieber als ein heuchlerischer Strahlemann, der nicht mal Zündkerzen wechseln kann. Ich kann die Werkstatt des Herrn Max Zeitl nur jedem ans Herz legen, denn ER kann das, was andere nur versprechen....Bei ihm ists schade, daß man nur 5 Sterne vergeben kann.... Due to the fact that there are only workshops in my area that only provide unsatisfactory performance, I happened upon the workshop of Mr. Zeitl Max by chance. And I have to say it was a lucky coincidence, because in both cases in which I needed a workshop, it turned out that my vehicle was more than in good hands with the best mechanic I have known so far. What I like very much: He doesn't make any diagnoses, doesn't get bogged down in theories, but you can see that he advances systematically and always knows exactly what he's doing. So I'm sure no workshop would have discovered the clogging of the air filter. Rather, I would have been told that nothing could be repaired. Quite different Mr. Zeitl. He found the fault after barely 15 minutes and a little later my vehicle was working properly again. When I read in reviews that Herr Zeitl is unfriendly, I can only laugh about it. For me, a mechanic who seems a little grumpy - which he is not at all - knows what he always prefers to do than a hypocritical beaming man who can't even change spark plugs. I can only recommend Mr. Max Zeitl's workshop to everyone, because HE can do what others only promise .... It's a shame for him that you can only give 5 stars ....

Nur zu empfehlen I think it's a highly recommended workshop. You almost always get an appointment quickly and so very friendly and precise. I can only recommend it
