Uns wurde für unser 4-5 Jahre altes Auto, beim Service ein Preis von € 1.400, 00 für die Reparatur vorgeschlagen. Zum Glück bin ich sofort zum ÖAMTC gefahren, sie haben das Auto überprüft und festgestellt, dass alles bestens passt und genau gar nichts ausgetauscht werden muss.
FAZIT: Es werden Teile ausgetuscht, die nicht notwendig sind, zum überteuerten Preis noch dazu. Genau gesagt musste man solche Werkstäte anzeigen.

We were suggested for our 4-5 year old car, the service a price of € 1.400, 00 for the repair. Luckily I drove to the ÖAMTC immediately, they checked the car and found out that everything fits perfectly and that nothing has to be exchanged.
CONCLUSION: It will be replaced parts that are not necessary, at the price too overpriced. Exactly, one had to display such Werkstaende.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine bessere Kundenbetreuung als hier ist sehr schwer zu finden bzw. unmöglich. sehr entgegenkommend, freundlich und Kulant. Selbstverständlich ist ein Espresso wenns länger dauert, Selbstverständlich ist ein Leihauto wenn die Reparatur nicht sofort erledigt werden kann. Kundenzufriedenheit wird hier sehr groß geschrieben.

Better customer service than here is very hard to find or impossible. very accommodating, friendly and Kulant. Of course, an espresso if it takes longer, Of course, a rental car if the repair can not be done immediately. Customer satisfaction is very important here.
