I mention that they were bought the day before, the frustration is BIG! Fortunately, I managed to return them to the Zara store in Salzburg without any comment from the young lady.
R	Ravi Barvaliya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very bad experience. Such a poor service. I visited store lots of times and I had to face same problem everytime. On the cash counter I waited around half hour only to pick up my online order and in front of me only one lady was doing some changes with their order but when I asked to give me my order the lady from counter behaved rudely and told " You have to wait, I can't do anything". Also before this visit I hade to wait half hour to pay for my shopping because only one counter was on even though other employees were there and they were watching us and not doing anything.
