N	Nothing IsReal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Skigebiet Lech/Zürs/Arlberg/Warth... ist eines der grössten und besten der Welt. Grandiose Landschaft. Exzellente Abfahrten aller Schwierigkeitsgrade, mit sehr viele markierten Skirouten. Faire Preise. Wenn man es in Relation zum verfügbaren Angebot stellt sogar günstig. Jede Menge Hütten und Restaurants mit vielfältigem Angebot. In den letzten fünf Jahren wurde massiv in die Modernisierung und Erweiterung der Anlagen investiert. Diese sind dem Andrang auch in Spitzen Zeiten gewachsen. Diese kann man einfach nur als fantastisch bezeichnen. Aber es gibt zwei Punkte die verbessert werden sollten. 1.) das Angebot an Parkplätzen muss an die erweiterte Lift Kapazität angepasst werden. Wenn viele Tagesgäste z.B. aus dem nur 3 Stunden entfernten Stuttgart kommen ist die Kapazität schnell erreicht. Hier würde ich empfehlen ein Parkhaus am Taleingang zu errichten und dann mit einem Bus die Gäste zu verteilen, 2.) der Verkauf von Tageskarten geht viel zu langsam. Viel zu wenige Verkaufsstellen. Wir mussten fast eine Stunde warten. Das ist schlecht. Da die Lift Pässe heute alle mit Funktechnik funktionieren ist die Frage warum man das nicht auf a) Mobiltelefone mit NFC umstellen kann oder b) einen personalisierten Pass einführt, den man dann einfach online aufladen kann. Das spart den Kunden enorm Zeit und Aufwand und den Betreibern Personalkosten. Sozusagen: die Österreich Ski Kundenkarte.
