A	A Elma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor zehn Tage bei Zahraa zwei Parfüms AL BUHARA ESANS, Misk-i amber bestellt. Die Bestellung war unkompliziert und das Päckchen kam bereits in drei Tage an (nach Deutschland!), sehr sorgfältig eingepackt und mit zwei Geschenken dazu. Leider waren es aber nicht die Produkte die ich bestellt habe, sondern zwei andere Parfüms mit sehr ähnlicher Name. Daraufhin habe ich den Shop telefonisch kontaktiert und ich war überwältigt von der Freundlichkeit: die Schwester hat sich mehrmals bei mir entschuldigt. Und ich bekam innerhalb der weiteren drei Tage die Parfüms, die ich tatsächlich bestellt habe. Die anderen zwei dürfte ich behalten. ☺️ Zur Produkte: sehr gute Qualität! Trotz dem kleinen Missverständnis (was jedem passieren kann) kann ich den Shop mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen und bedanke mich nochmals bei dem Zahraa Team für die freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation und tolle Produkte + Geschenke ❤️❤️ I ordered two perfumes AL BUHARA ESANS, Misk-i amber from Zahraa ten days ago. The order was uncomplicated and the package arrived in three days (to Germany!), very carefully wrapped and with two gifts. Unfortunately, it wasn't the products I ordered, but two other perfumes with very similar names. I then contacted the shop by phone and I was overwhelmed by the friendliness: the nurse apologized to me several times. And within the next three days I received the perfumes that I actually ordered. I should keep the other two. ☺️ About the products: very good quality! Despite the small misunderstanding (which can happen to anyone), I can recommend the shop with a clear conscience and would like to thank the Zahraa team again for the friendly and uncomplicated communication and great products + gifts ❤️❤️
