Absolutely terrible system. There is no English translation I ended up spending €32.50 just to wash a dry 5 t shirts and 2 pairs of trousers. They only accept contactless cards, so don’t try with a chip and pin or cash. I had to add my card to Apple Pay because I don’t have a contactless credit card. Once I spoke to the helpline he didn’t like that I only spoke English and hung up on me. After getting it to work it added no detregant to my wash even though it says it automatically adds it. Very very upset with the system here. I urge you to go somewhere else.

As others have said here, they don’t care about the customer. The machine does not accept coins. You can put in bills, but it will not give you your coin change back either. With the help of others, we were able to use Apple Pay. I later found out the charges were considered cash advances so I paid a cash advance fee for each transaction. So if you use Apple Pay, make sure it’s a debit card and not a credit card.

We have been travelling for three months in 7 countries and found this laundromat to be the most efficient, spotless, and sanitary one. It was straightforward to use and we were particularly pleased that there was a contactless payment point, as well as each machine thst was sparkling clean and sanitized. We highly recommended this laundromat for weary travellers who enjoy efficiency and cleanliness.

While convenient location to hotel - was a horrible experience. 20 Euros lost in machine. Had 2 nice gentlemen not saved us by paying with their card for us and giving them money we would not have been able to do laundry. REPLY- No, there was not an attendant available and we were trying to purchase a green card but the machine did not give us one.

one dryer has been broken for at least a year and nobody ever fixes it. it stops drying every few minutes and you have to press the start button again to make it continue. it therefore never gets properly hot. every time somebody puts their laundry in there, leaves and finds it still wet half an hour later when they come back. the other dryers are hit and miss, most of the time your laundry won't be "cupboard dry" when it is done, and no, I am not putting too much laundry into the machine. the drying machines are just not very good. the washers are ok but add some detergent of your own to be sure because sometimes there is none added. considering the fact that nobody ever seems to refill detergent or the snack machine or repair the faulty dryer, it is way too overpriced. the green and clean cards are not good value either because 3 euros are taken automatically when you buy one as a card fee, so most of what you save using the card goes towards that fee. there should be an option to recharchge the card so you don't have to pay the fee every time. a few months ago they had a sign up announcing the imminent implementation of an app based payment system, but nothing happened and the sign has disappeared. it is very difficult to get hold of someone at the service line but once you do, they are friendly and helpful.

Very convenient. I travelled 3 weeks in Europe and must do laundry in Vienna. I walked in, only realizing I didn’t bring the detergent. But it was actually included in the machine. As for payment, it’s super convenient. Don’t bother to pay with credit card or cash. Just use their app. You first choose the exact store, then select the machine (there is a number on each machine), enter your credit card information. Then payment went in. You are all set! Just push the button and it starts!

The wash machine we took has a technical problem. It was not washing properly so we called the technical service. They told us to stop the program and change our clothes to another machine. 30 min after, we were still waiting to open the machine. We called again and they asked us to have some more patience (he adviced us to train our patience). We have been now for more than one hour here waiting and trainning our patience, but still could not get our clothes neither help from the service... so I decided to write this while practicing my patience without using bad words. I will keep you updated about our trainning and the wash machine...
