★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein kleiner Bruder der bereits Patient bei dem Herr Doktor ist, hatte sehr starke Schmerzen daraufhin habe ich die Ordination 2-3 mal versucht zu erreichen aber leider ist niemand ran gegangen deswegen ging ich mit meinem kleinen Bruder direkt hin und sagte das er keinen Termin hat aber schmerzen hat, daraufhin Sagte frech die Assistentin an der Rezeption warum ich nicht angerufen habe und das sie ihm nur einen Termin geben kann, das sind aber keine Schmerzen die man bis zu einem Termin aushalten kann! Wirklich sehr frech gewesen.
Es tut mir wirklich leid an den Herr Doktor er war sehr lieb und wir haben uns auch wohl gefühlt aber die Assistentin hat einen sehr schlechten Eindruck hinterlassen.
My little brother, who is already a patient with the doctor, was in a lot of pain, so I tried to reach the ordination 2-3 times but unfortunately nobody answered, so I went straight to my little brother and said that he had no appointment but has pain, then the assistant at the reception said cheekily why I didn't call and that she can only give him an appointment, but that is not pain that you can endure until an appointment! Really been very naughty.
I'm really sorry to the doctor, he was very nice and we also felt comfortable, but the assistant left a very bad impression.
