Was mich ein wenig stört, ist der Umstand, dass die Ärztin gerne gleich eine teurere Behandlung vorschlägt als nötig. Kassenleistung kam eher abwertend rüber. Aber als mündiger Bürger kann man das gut unterscheiden. Die Meinung des Patienten wurde akzeptiert. Nochmals, Arbeit war sehr ok. Was very happy with the performance. Pain free. What bothers me a little is the fact that the doctor is happy to suggest more expensive treatment than necessary. Cash benefits came across as pejorative. But as a mature citizen you can differentiate that. The patient's opinion was accepted. Again, work was very ok.

Mit starken Schmerzen wurde ich auf genommen und seit dem Tag an hat sie mir jede Angst ( die wahrscheinlich jeder kennt) vom Zahnarzt genommen. Bei ihr ging ich das erste mal mit einem Lächeln ins Gesicht hinaus. Danke Danke Danke! Kann ich wirklich jedem empfehlen! After years of searching, I finally found my dentist. With severe pain, I was taken and since the day she has every fear (which probably everyone knows) taken by the dentist. With her, I went out the first time with a smile in the face. Während dieser Zeit wurde ein Röntgenbild angefertigt und die Frau Doktor konnte schnell erkennen was mir fehlt und hat es mir in Ruhe erklärt. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre und sehr modernes Wartezimmer. I went there in pain and was taken after 45 minutes. During this time, an X-ray was taken and the doctor quickly recognized what I was missing and explained it to me in peace. Very pleasant atmosphere and very modern waiting room.

Musste leider den Notdienst in Anspruch nehmen heute aufgrund eines freiliegenden Nervs. Die Assistenz der Zahnärztin super lieb und freundlich. Ein riesen Lob an dieser Stelle an die Dame! Es wurde sauber und schnell gearbeitet. Allerdings kann ich diese Praxis nicht für Angstpatienten empfehlen, da man sich danach etwas degradiert fühlt. Ich weiss, das es schwierig wird, wenn man im Mund nicht arbeiten kann, sehe ich ja auch ein. Aber einem Angstpatienten zu sagen "Das geht so nicht", während er eine Paniktattacke hat, fand ich nicht besonders hilfreich. Bitte denkt über den Umgang mit solchen Patienten nach, man kann Panikattacken nicht kontrollieren. Wenn man kein Angstpatient ist, ist die Praxis sicherlich zu empfehlen. Panikpatienten rate ich jedoch davon ab. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Praxis ist sauber, ordentlich und nett eingerichtet. Die Behandlungsräume sind hell und auch sehr sauber. Arbeitsweise schnell und nach 2 Spritzen (bei mir persönlich) dann auch fast komplett schmerzfrei. Daher 4 von 5 Sternen. Das Feedback ist nicht böse gemeint, ich hoffe das wird auch nicht so aufgefasst! Nice, very clean and tidy practice. Unfortunately I had to use the emergency service today due to an exposed nerve. The dentist's assistant is super nice and friendly. A huge praise at this point to the lady! The work was done cleanly and quickly. However, I cannot recommend this practice for anxious patients, as one feels a bit degraded afterwards. I know that it will be difficult if you can't work in your mouth, I can see that. But telling an anxious patient, "This doesn't work that way" while they are having a panic attack, was not particularly helpful to me. Please think about dealing with such patients, you cannot control panic attacks. If you are not a scared patient, the practice is certainly recommended. However, I advise against panic patients. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about. The practice is clean, tidy and nicely furnished. The treatment rooms are bright and also very clean. It works quickly and after 2 injections (for me personally) it is almost completely painless. Therefore 4 out of 5 stars. The feedback is not meant badly, I hope it is not taken that way either!
C	Christoph Steinhart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kam ohne Termin gleich in der Früh vor der Öffnung, um gleich zu Beginn zu erfragen, ob man mich spontan behandeln könnte, weil ich starke Schmerzen im Unterkiefer hatte (Weisheitszahn musste raus). Obwohl ich ohne Anmeldung kam, wurde ich extra eingeschoben, die Zahnarzthelferin hat dann sofort ein Röntgen gemacht und ich kam dann unverzüglich dran. Die Behandlung hat ein sehr netter Chirurg durchgeführt, der sehr einfühlsam war und mir jeden Schritt erklärt hat um mir die Angst zu nehmen, die ich vorab kommuniziert hatte. Der Eingriff verlief (für mein Empfinden) schnell und ich wurde immer wieder gefragt, ob es mir gut gehe und ob ich was brauchen würde. Beim Verlassen hat man sich Zeit für meine Fragen genommen und es wurden alle ausführlich beantwortet. Insgesamt habe ich einen äußerst positiven Eindruck von der Praxis und vom sehr freundlichen Personal und bin froh dass alles so unkompliziert geklappt hat. I came without appointment in the morning in front of the opening, to ask right at the beginning, whether I could treat spontaneously, because I had severe pain in the lower jaw (wisdom tooth had to go out). Although I came without registration, I was extra pushed, the dental assistant has then immediately made an X-ray and I came immediately to it. The treatment was done by a very nice surgeon, who was very empathetic and explained to me every step to take away the fear that I had previously communicated. The procedure was (in my opinion) fast and I was asked again and again if I was fine and if I would need something. When leaving you took time for my questions and they were all answered in detail. All in all, I have a very positive impression of the practice and the very friendly staff and I am glad that everything went so easy.

Das ganze Team sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.
