U	Umihana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diese Ordination lege ich jedem ans Herz. Ich hatte sehr starke Zahnschmerzen und bekam noch am selben Tag einen Termin. Sowohl der Zahnarzt als auch die Zahnarztassistentinnen gehen routiniert vor. Der Zahnarzt ist sehr einfühlsam, da er, sobald ich Schmerzen zeigte, die Behandlung unterbrach, um sicher zu gehen, ob es mir gut geht. I recommend this ordination to everyone. I had a very bad toothache and got an appointment the same day. Both the dentist and the dental assistants proceed in a routine manner. The dentist is very empathetic as as soon as I showed pain he stopped the treatment to make sure I was okay.
V	Verena Ebenberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schade, bis 10 Minuten vor Ende der Behandlung hätte ich gerne 5 Sterne vergeben… Das Positive zuerst: Nette Praxis, kaum Wartezeiten und eine sehr professionelle und nette Mundhygiene - hier wurde alles sehr nett erklärt, ich wurde auch gut beraten und habe dann auch ein passendes Produkt gekauft. Auch inhaltlich war ich - soweit ich das als Nichtärztin beurteilen kann - sehr zufrieden. Leider war Dr. Baraev nicht daran interessiert mir 5 Minuten den weiteren Behandlungsplan zu erläutern (wieviele Termine noch notwendig sein werden, in welchen Abständen usw). Nach meinen Nachfragen - nochmal, ich bin ja keine Ärztin - wurde ich mit „sie können noch einen Termin vereinbaren“ und „das bringt ihnen nichts das zu wissen“ quasi aus dem Behandlungsraum komplimentiert. Ich denke meine Frage zu beantworten hätte kürzer gedauert als mir zu erklären, dass ich zu blöd bin Dinge zu verstehen oder mir zu merken bzw das er nicht jedesmal mit mir reden wolle. (Beim 1. Termin hat die Erklärung auch ca 2 Minuten gedauert und ich war da schon eher unzufrieden, dachte aber ich bin schuld und muss das nächste Mal besser nachfragen) Wirklich sehr schade, die - sehr nette - Assistentin konnte dann meine Fragen im Wartezimmer mit 2 Sätzen beantworten. It's a pity, until 10 minutes before the end of the treatment I would have liked to give 5 stars... The positive first: Nice practice, hardly any waiting times and very professional and nice oral hygiene - everything was explained very nicely here, I was also given good advice and then bought a suitable product. I was also very satisfied with the content - as far as I can judge as a non-doctor. Unfortunately, Dr. Baraev not interested in explaining the further treatment plan to me for 5 minutes (how many appointments will still be necessary, at what intervals, etc.). After my inquiries - again, I'm not a doctor - I was complimented with "you can still make an appointment" and "that doesn't help you to know" from the treatment room. I think answering my question would have taken less time than explaining that I'm too stupid to understand or remember things or that he didn't want to talk to me every time. (At the first appointment, the explanation also took about 2 minutes and I was rather dissatisfied there, but thought it was my fault and have to ask better next time) Really a pity, the - very nice - assistant was able to answer my questions in the waiting room with 2 sentences.

Er hat mich über alles genau aufgeklärt und dann reparierte er meinen Zahn. Vielen Dank, ich hab keine Schmerzen mehr ?? I was with Dr Baraev today and I can only recommend him. He and the team are very friendly and patient. He explained everything to me in detail and then he repaired my tooth. Thank you very much, I'm no longer in pain ??
R	Robert Jovanovic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr Unfreundlicher Arzt Voruntersuchung - Besprechungstermin für eine Füllung (1x Backenzahn), Termin wurde fixiert für die Füllung. Beim Termin meinte der Arzt aufeinmal, dass 4 Zähne eine Füllung brauchen und er würde nicht empfehlen die Füllung von der Krankenkassa bezahlen zu lassen, da er dann angeblich größere Löcher bohren muss und es dadurch schmerzhafter wird. Er meinte das ich die Füllung privat zahlen solle 120€ pro Zahn dann wären es kleinere Löcher, (habe so ein Blödsinn noch nie gehört). Er meinte dann, dass ich es mir überlegen soll und ist einfach raus zum nächsten Patienten und hat mich einfach liegen gelassen. Privat werde ich in Zukunft diesen Zahnarzt aufjedenfall nicht weiterempfehlen… A very rude doctor Preliminary examination - meeting appointment for a filling (1x molar), appointment was fixed for the filling. At the appointment, the doctor suddenly said that 4 teeth needed a filling and he would not recommend having the filling paid for by the health insurance company, since he would then allegedly have to drill larger holes and it would be more painful. He said that I should pay for the filling privately, €120 per tooth, then the holes would be smaller (I've never heard such nonsense). He then said that I should think it over and just went out to the next patient and just left me there. Personally, I will definitely not recommend this dentist in the future...

Die Praxis ist sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Man kommt pünktlich zum Termin dran, keine langen Wartezeiten. Bin mit dem Ergebnis der Weisheitszahn-Extraktion und der Nachbehandlung vollauf zufrieden und komme wieder! A very professional, friendly team around Dr. Baerev and also Dr. Baerev does a great job. The practice is very modern and attractively furnished. You get to your appointment on time, no long waiting times. I am completely satisfied with the result of the wisdom tooth extraction and the follow-up treatment and will be back!

Termine ausmachen ist ganz unkompliziert und schnell! Die Praxis hat ein wunderschönes Ambiente, sehr beruhigend und eine Wartezeit hatte ich nicht einmal von 5 min. also TOP organisiert! Ich war heute dort um meinen Weisheitszahn ziehen zu lassen mir wurde alles wunderbar erklärt ich hatte auch ein paar Fragen und diese wurden mit aller Ruhe und Kompetenz beantwortet, also Dr. Baraev nimmt sich Zeit! Er hat mir Karies entfernt und diese Stellen mit Füllungen wieder geschlossen, ich war natürlich sehr nervös weil Zahnarzt ist nun mal nicht das angenehmste, aber in dieser Ordination habe ich mich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und aus diesem Grund kann ich die Zahnarztpraxis GARDENT nur jedem weiterempfehlen! Also ich habe meinen Zahnarzt für alle Fälle gefunden und komme wieder! Danke an Dr. Artur Baraev und sein ganz bezauberndes Team! I was looking for a new dentist and was hoping that Dr. Artur Baraev and his team will be my future ordination! Making appointments is quick and easy! The practice has a wonderful ambience, very calming and I didn't even have to wait 5 minutes. So TOP organized! I was there today to have my wisdom tooth pulled, everything was explained to me wonderfully, I also had a few questions and they were answered calmly and competently, so Dr. Baraev takes his time! He removed caries for me and closed these areas with fillings, of course I was very nervous because the dentist is not the most pleasant thing, but I felt comfortable in this surgery from the start and for this reason I can only recommend the GARDENT dental practice to everyone ! So I've found my dentist just in case and I'll be back! thanks to dr Artur Baraev and his amazing team!
I	Ilija Jevtic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On September 24, I contacted them for the first time due to a wisdom tooth problem. I got the appointment ten days later on October 5th. Then they did an scan and said that the tooth was inflamed and I was given medication to make the inflammation go away and I was given the next appointment on October 14th. On Oktober 14. I arrived on time and waited an extra 20 minutes which is fine. It's understandable. The staff that works is really very nice, and full of understanding. The surgery is clean and cozy . BUT, only when I sat in the dentist's chair was I told that the image was not the best and that not all nerves could be seen, so a 3D scan had to be taken, to be sure. He immediately offered me to do one 3D scan for about 200€ or to go to the hospital and not pay anything, but in that case another appointment must be scheduled. It wouldn't have been a problem if the doctor didn't know about the pain, he also did an scan ten days ago, on October 5, but he didn't report the problem with the X-ray picture because he "didn't see it" back then. It's lie like in the bakery, "everything is fresh, sir." It is understandable to me that he wants to earn extra money, but in such a way, that he does not pay attention to the patient's pain, but that his earnings in the first place are really humiliating for a dentist profession.

He got his milk tooth pulled out today by a team of a dentist and her two assistants. We needed the whole team as my little was very scared about the process. They did a truly wonderful job. The doctor was so patient and reassuring. She worked steadily and explained the whole process on a level that my 7 year old could understand. We love this practice and definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
