K	Kim Kadabra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin totale Panik-Patientin was Zahnärzte angeht, heute zum ersten Mal bei Frau Dr.Hersch und dementsprechend nervös. Aber sowohl die Frau Doktor als auch ihre beiden Zahnarztassistentinnen waren so freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich find das ganz toll dass sie alles was sie mach bevor es losgeht gut erklärt, sich Zeit für Fragen nimmt und die auch beantwortet. Man merkt dass es ihr um das Wohl der Patienten geht. Ich will nicht sagen „gerne wieder!“ weil wer geht schon gern zum Zahnarzt, aber zumindest bin ich nicht mehr ganz so ängstlich. I am a total panic patient about dentists, today for the first time with Dr.Hersch and accordingly nervous. But both the doctor and her two dental assistants were so friendly and accommodating! I think it's really great that she explains everything she does well before starting, takes time for questions and answers them. You can tell that it is about the well-being of the patients. I don't want to say "gladly again!" Because who likes to go to the dentist, but at least I'm not so scared anymore.
G	Guni Potato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundliche und sympathische Frau aber eine Katastrophale Zahnärztin. Erst Antibiotica bekommen dann eine Woche später unter heftigen Schmerzen den Zahn gezogen. Nach der Beteubungsspritze hat sie einen anderen Patienten behandelt. Und ich durfte 45min. warten. Die Wirkung der Spritze hat natürlich schon nachgelassen. Als die Assistentin zu ihr gesagt hat ob sie die Wunde nicht nähen will, sagte sie dies sei nicht nötig. Was ein fataler Irrtum war. 1 woche später gab es eine heftige Entzündung. Musste wieder mit Antibiotika behandelt werden. Meine ganze Magen darm flora war deshalb völlig zerstört. 3 monate lang hatte ich heftige Magenbeschwerden. 6 Monate später kamen splitter vom extrahierten Zahn aus dem Zahnfleisch. Das war echt schmerzhaft. Einmal und nie wieder. Von solchen fahrlässigen und inkompetenten Zahnärzten habe ich echt die Nase voll. Habe danach zum Glück einen anderen Zahnarzt gefunden der den angerichteten schaden kompetent und hervorragend behandelt hat. Friendly and personable woman but one Disastrous female dentist. Which was a fatal mistake. 1 week later there was severe inflammation. Had to be treated with antibiotics again. My whole gastrointestinal flora was therefore completely destroyed. I had severe stomach problems for 3 months. 6 months later, fragments of the extracted tooth came out of the gum. That was really painful. Once and never again. I'm really fed up with such negligent and incompetent dentists. Fortunately, I found another dentist who treated the damage done competently and excellently.

Obwohl Zahnarztbesuche nicht unbedingt meine Lieblingsbeschäftigungen sind, komme immer wieder gerne in die Praxis von Frau Dr. Hersch. Kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen! Best dental practice! The whole team is extremely friendly, sensitive and competent. Although going to the dentist is not necessarily my favorite pastime, I always enjoy coming to Dr. ruler I can recommend it with a clear conscience!
