Nun...die fünf sterne beziehen sich nahezu alleine auf zwei fakten die da wären -die arzthelferin ist eine sehr einfühlsame und nette dame Und -durch meinen besuch in dieser praxis kam ich zu dem entschluss dann doch mir alle zähne im ausland machen zu lassen bevor ich jemals wieder hier in die praxis muss. Das ist es mir dann ehrlich wert, nach einer mehrstündigen sitzung die schlussendlich abgebrochen werden musste und mit einem kurzen aufenthalt im krankenhaus gipfelte.(krankenhausarzt schaffte die behandlung übrigens in exakt 10minuten samt einem zusätzlichen röntgenbild dazwischen) In summe stellt das größte problem wohl die kommunikation, die sich erheblich schwieriger gestaltet als ursprünglich angenommen(wohl auch etwas der maske geschuldet.) Ich hoffe das mein fall eine verkettung unglücklicher umstände war und zukünftige patienten mehr positives berichten können/werden. Ps.: dies ist meine erste und auf ewig einzige erfahrung mit dieser praxis und kann mit sicherheit nicht auf alle umgelegt werden. Diese erfahrung sagt auch nichts über grundkompetenzen aus die ich ohnehin nicht beurteilen könnte. Anxiety patient triggers !!! Well ... the five stars almost alone refer to two facts that would be there -The medical assistant is a very empathetic and nice lady And -by visiting this practice I came to the decision to have all my teeth done abroad before I ever have to go back to the practice. It's really worth it to me, after a session of several hours that finally had to be broken off and culminated with a short stay in the hospital. (Incidentally, the hospital doctor managed the treatment in exactly 10 minutes, including an additional x-ray in between) All in all, the biggest problem is probably the communication, which is much more difficult than originally assumed (probably also due to the mask.) I hope that my case was a chain of unfortunate circumstances and that future patients can / will report more positive things. Ps .: this is my first and forever only experience with this practice and it certainly cannot be applied to everyone. This experience says nothing about basic skills that I couldn't judge anyway.

Bei allen anderen Zahnärtzen bisher musste ich ständig die Füllungen erneuern lassen, weil sie immer rausgebrochen sind. Ich kann Frau Dr. Alisova weiterempfehlen, da sie sich Zeit nimmt für Ihre Patienten und aus meiner Sicht sehr kompetent ist. I've been to Dr. Alisova and was very satisfied every time. It works very precisely and my fillings finally hold !! With all other dentists so far, I had to constantly have the fillings renewed because they always broke out. I can thank Dr. Recommend Alisova, because she takes the time for her patients and, in my opinion, is very competent.
E	Elena Kraft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr einfühlsame Ärztin, die mit Ruhe und Geduld alle notwendigen Schritte erklärt und sich viele Gedanken über bessere Lösungen für ihre Patienten macht. Fr. Dr Alisova beherscht die Kunst, mit ihrer feinen Hand auch eine unangenehme Behandlung absolut erträglich zu gestalten und die Angst dem Patienten wegzunemmen. Ich war schon mehrmals in der Behandlung bei Fr. Dr. Alisova, nahm auch meine Mama mit und wir wurden immer bestens betreut. Die Wartezeiten sind durch die durchgedachte Einteilung wirlich minimal bzw gar keine! Sehr ruhige, angenehme Atmosphäre, nette und freundliche Ordinationsgehilfe. Alles im Ganzen sehr zu empfehlen! Very empathetic doctor who calmly and patiently explains all the necessary steps and thinks about better solutions for her patients. Ms. Dr Alisova has mastered the art of making even an unpleasant treatment absolutely bearable with her delicate hand and of stifling the patient's fear. I have already been treated several times by Ms. Dr. Alisova, took my mom with me and we were always well looked after. The waiting times are really minimal or none at all due to the well thought-out division! Very calm, pleasant atmosphere, nice and friendly ordination assistants. All in all very recommendable!
