Die Verpackung auf ein Minimum reduziert. Ich freue mich jeden Freitag auf mein lecker-feines Kisterl. Nächstes Mal sind auch ein paar Jungpflanzen für meinen eigenen Biogarten dabei :) Online einkaufen muss nicht immer zum Vorteil großer (ausländischer) Unternehmen sein. Shopping makes sense for everyone! Fresh, organic delicacies, where you know where the food comes from and what's exactly in it. The packaging is reduced to a minimum. I look forward to my delicious, fine Kisterl every Friday. Next time there are also some young plants for my own organic garden :) Shopping online does not always have to benefit large (foreign) companies.

Hier sieht man, dass online bestellen und gleichzeitig nachhaltig einkaufen miteinander funktionieren. Bis Dienstag bestellen, am Freitag abholen. Julia Bayraks Credo ist die Regionalität, so wird das Kaufhaus Krauthappel von landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben, bevorzugt aus der näheren Umgebung beliefert. Das hat Wert und die Qualität stimmt. Das Sortiment wird laufend erweitert, man findet immer wieder Neues zum Ausprobieren, wie zB die ober gesunden Shiitake-Pilze. Besonders lecker finde ich das Schafmilchjoghurt mit Fruchtspiegel, und meine Tochter freut sich heute schon auf ein Schüsserl vom Hansinger-Eis :) Ich kann da Kaufhaus Krauthappel von Herzen empfehlen. Das Kisterl steht fertig gepackt zum Abholen bereit. Oft erfährt man Neues über die Bauern und Bäuerinnen, weil mit ihnen direkter Kontakt besteht. Das Brot ist ein Traum und der Gartenkäse ein Gedicht. Immer wieder! So shopping makes sense! The farmers set the price, the store beats it 25%. It's fair and I can consume with a clear conscience. The box is ready to be picked up and packed. One often learns something new about the farmers because there is direct contact with them. The bread is a dream and the garden cheese is a poem.
